They got paid the initial cleaning fee of $900 to clean the yard. They dumped the brushes they cut…read moreinto the dumpster I rented from the city. The simple task was to upkeep the yard in the condition it got cleaned to for certain amount. They have been failing to do the job if supervision is not applied. Furthermore, when you ask them why they stopped watering the bushes for example, the answer was to pay them $25 more per visit so they hold the hose for 5 min. They do not upkeep the yard, the trees started to die, too much weed killer as well, perhaps. We never watered those bushes when we lived there, they are native to the desert and never died. The yard grows some weeds, oops, it is $120 more to spray the " extra" weeds. Because they have not being upkeeping or over spraying with weed killer, the bushes and the small trees started to die. I have a dead young palm tree as well. When you tell them to do what you have being paying them for, it is an extra $100 per visit. What have you been doing for the money you get? The bushes and small trees are the only things to maintain. Have you being mowing the rocks? When you do the " cleaning and maintenance trip" and you charge without getting the job done consistently, then ask for extra money to do what you were getting paid for and you did not do, it is a scam. $220 per hour for yard maintenance visit? I have 2.5 inch gaps, 2.75 inch gaps and of course a few 3 inch gaps. We had an idea of what we wanted and Nestor made recommendations without upselling us. We had the unappealing desert landscape replaced with grass, easy to care for plants, new rock and pavers. We were so happy we had them come back and remove the same type stuff from around our pool and install pavers. Pricing was within our budget, and Nestor's team was respectful of our property. Each day they cleaned up before they left. While this may not be important to some, I appreciated that the entire team wore company shirts each day. We would recommend Nestor and Sophora Landscaping and Design for all your landscaping improvements!! Shannon, who works in their office, is very helpful!

I had the best experience with Green Forever AZ! I was on the fence for a while about adding turf…read moreto my front yard since I had just purchased my home. The front yard was seriously lacking curb appeal and greenery, and I knew it needed something, but I wasn't sure where to start. Jordan walked me through different design options, showed me samples of the different types of turf (which honestly all look like real grass!), and explained financing options that I felt comfortable with. He made the whole process easy and helped me feel confident in my decision. Jordan's crew was amazing, too. I work from home, so I was able to keep an eye on the job throughout the day, and these guys did not stop working! They worked incredibly hard and paid attention to every little detail. You can tell they have a lot of experience and take their jobs seriously. My front yard looks SO much better now, and the difference in curb appeal is night and day. I feel great knowing it adds value to my home while also saving me from the ongoing costs and hassle of maintaining real grass. No more worrying about high water bills, landscapers, seeding, or all the other expenses that come with a traditional lawn. The fact that there's almost no maintenance and a warranty is an added bonus. Turf is definitely an investment upfront, but when you look at the long-term savings and how amazing everything looks, it's absolutely worth it. I'm so happy I went with Green Forever AZ and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering turf!

So happy with them and am going to use them next year for the front yard! Can't wait!

Having just purchased a new home and getting a pool put in, I went into our landscaping project on…read morea strict budget ($6000) and with very few ideas. I initially asked 5 different companies to come out and give us some quotes and design ideas. Some had some nice ideas (but way to expensive), some took weeks to send out their bids, and others, well they didn't even bother showing up (I'm guessing because of our budget). Eduardo on the other hand, came out two different times (I'll explain later why) took measurements and sent us a bid, including itemized expenses and designs so we could visualize what our back yard could look like. The first time Eduardo came out I told him I wanted a walk way to connect our driveway through the side of the house and onto our back patio, landscape rock/gravel, some curbing, and an irrigation system (I was planning in on putting sod in myself at a later time). He came in right on budget. We decided to hold off on doing any work because I read in the pool contract, that when a pool is being constructed the pool builder is not responsible for any damage done to existing landscaping. Eduardo understood and never once pressured us or tried to get us to put down a deposit, this was in April. In July once were finally settled in the home and no more heavy equipment was going to be coming into the yard, we contacted Eduardo again to come to give us some new ideas. The idea for our lawn needed to change now that pool had been excavated and because the Mrs. wanted to have some input. This time we asked Eduardo, for stamped concrete to connect the drive way through the side of the house to our back patio, to build a retaining wall that could double as a gardening area, level, remove and haul away dirt from around the pool to add additional decking area, gravel, irrigation, curbing, and 300 Sq feet of sod. As you can see our demands doubled and so did his bid (rightfully so). We shared with Eduardo that our budget had not changed, he understood and instead he assisted us in determining what could be done first and what could wait. Ultimately, we hired his team to; complete the stamped concrete, build a retaining wall, and to level, remove and haul away dirt from around the pool, as well as add about 380 sq ft of additional concrete to the perimeter of our pool (the 380 sq ft put us $1500 over budget but we needed to do it so the pool fence could be put it.) Once we signed the contract (digitally) and gave a deposit of 50% (also online), Eduardo and his team went to work. During the entire process Eduardo stayed in contact, letting us know when his team would be showing up, what they would be doing and what we could expect. If you have ever had a pool put in you know their process is nothing like that. Anytime we had any questions or concerns, Eduardo was quick to respond. When we made last minute changes to the walkway, Eduardo understood made the changes we requested and gave us a new timeline for when we could expect the project to be completed. Eduardo reached out to us on 07/29 and told us our project was complete and if we had any questions. My wife and I decided to do a thorough inspection and raised some minor concerns and 1 major concern (crooked joint lines on stamped concrete). We took pictures of the issues and sent them to Eduardo, he thanked us for the visuals, so he could inform his team of what needed to be repaired and agreed to come out to our home to discuss the crooked joint lines. When we met Eduardo and his team, they took ownership of the mistake and did not make any excuses. The stamped concrete was repaired to their best of their abilities but it was evident that a mistake had been made. Eduardo agreed to give us a discount because of this mistake. Our project was completed on 7/31. The retaining wall and extra concrete around our pool is done and looks great. No project will ever be perfect and because Eduardo and his team took ownership of their mistake, provided great customer service, great communication and owned up and tried to correct their mistake I feel extremely comfortable giving them a 5 start rating and recommending their services. We are excited to continue working with them in the future.

I decided that it was time to have it removed, so I received quotes from multiple service providers. Jesse and his team at Next Level Tree provided a competitive price and were easy to talk to and schedule with! The quote also provided that they would grind the tree stump and have the trash removed. They showed up bright and early and started preparing for the tree removal. Jesse talked me through it and asked if we wanted to keep any wood for firewood. It was a great idea, so we had them leave us some. Then they got to work and had the tree down shortly. They are pros and have all the certifications and experience you could ever ask for. These guys can bring a tree down EXACTLY where they want to - check out my video. Apparently they even do competitions where they can bring a tree down on a beer can. After bringing the tree down, they quickly removed all the branches and sent those through the wood chipper. The entire tree was cut into a few dozen pieces and gone within another hour. Then they got to work on grinding the stump. Next time I looked, they had cleaned up everything and move our stones over where the tree had been so you could not even tell there was ever a tree there.
