I contacted Arizona Landscaping Services late Sunday afternoon 8/9/26. I received a call from Jorge (owner) within 10 minutes. I told him I needed garden cleanup in the front yard & sent a photo. He replied with a reasonable price quote. He came to do the work Tuesday morning 8/11/26. He is a very professional man with an excellent work ethic. He cleaned up the entire front yard within one hour. I am very pleased with his professionalism & his customer-focused approach. I recommend his services 100%. read more

I needed my front and backyard cleaned up: I had five bushes that were overgrown as well as one medium sized tree, a corner lot of weeds mixed with rock (IYKYK) both front and back and an area of lawn to be mowed I requested a quote late Tuesday afternoon and Jorge was here by 8 AM the following morning. He had reached out within minutes of my request and after I sent a couple of pictures and explained what I wanted done he quoted me a very fair price and within a half hour he had confirmed a time for the following morning. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job. He was efficient, very prompt and easy to work with. I had a great experience, we will call him again in the future, and would have no problem recommending him to anyone looking for yardwork or landscaping. read more

Jorge did a great job on my irrigation and yard maintenance for a fair price. He was also on time and very communatuve.

Overall, I had a good experience with Jorge. I made a last minute request for a quote to have some yard maintenance completed, and he was able to come by the following morning. Jorge was great! Timely responses over text, showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning up my front and back yard which had been neglected for a couple months. read more

So, originally hired him to service 2 property's he was more expensive that prior crew and also charged a lot for cleanup which seems like it wasn't needed as prior company was doing maintaince . He seemed to always be focused on added stuff like irrigation repairs . I finally decided to replace entire irrigation at one property . His original quote was 1k more than a bonded , licensed irrigation contractor . I went with the licensed company and he subsequently told me that he wouldn't adjust the irrigation times if plants were getting too much or too little water as he didn't install it . Basically black mail . Beware and avoid this company . Grifters that only want to do large over priced repairs . read more

Jorge (the owner) was very communicative from start to finish. He did exactly what we had talked about in the first consultation we had. He was much better priced than anybody else I had gotten quotes from. Material came quickly and the job was done within a few days as promised. Drainage is all correct and pavers look great. I would definitely hire this company again. read more

At first I was thrilled with Jorge and his work. When it came time for maintenance he never showed or called. I am not sure that the valves he said needed to be replaced actually did. He was paid well. read more

Jorge did an exceptional and phenomenal job. Above and beyond any expectations we had, our yard was so bad with months of overgrowth and weeds in every nook and cranny. We asked for a complete clean up and Jorge gave us a backyard makeover! I wish I had more before pictures to better illustrate the drastic difference his service has made, he definitely brought property value back into our home with just one visit! It was an honest blessing finding him here on yelp - quick response the day I sent a request for pricing/availability, prompt arrival for evaluation and an estimate on the spot the next day, and job completed the day after that. Hands down could not have asked for a better landscaper, he has a loyal customer from here on out! 11/10 I definitely recommend contracting J Ochoa's Landscaping!! read more

I am a first time home owner and my front and back yard where so overwhelming for me to keep up. Out of 5 businesses that I called 2 made appointments and didn't show and one didn't want to service my area. I texted Mr. Ochoa and he came out the next day to quote me. Today is the day after the quote and let me tell you, he had a heck of a job ahead of him but he got here early with his crew and got straight to work. I am so happy with the results that he will now be doing my landscaping monthly. Mr Ochoa and his crew are professional and honest and charge a fair price. Also- he communicates well in both English and Spanish . I recommend him 110% read more

We had a great experience with Jorge and his team. He was able to give us a quote the next day, and was out here doing the work two days later. Our project was a large paved area in our side yard, and it looks perfect. He took care to explain how the drainage would work, and did a great job re-distributing the old rocks into our yard. Great pricing as well. Highly recommend! read more

They provided great service and were very prompt at giving an estimate and providing service.

scheduled two different times and never showed up. I Have been trying to get in touch with him via yelp and through his cell phone. After a few calls and texts after missing our last appointment he doesn't reply . Super weird for a legit business. Guess it's all apart of not being licensed. You can treat your business unprofessionally. He seemed like he would be a better priced option which is why we really wanted to get in touch with him and have him do some work for us but my husband and I talked and decided if a guy doesn't have the character to show up TWO DIFFERENT TIMES he scheduled to come out and then won't answer texts or phone calls then he would probably flake on the job or do half way decent work. Just want everyone to know our experience so you can find a guy who will have good character and do a good affordable job elsewhere. read more

Contacted via yelp about getting both our front and back yard serviced for weeds. Not even 5 minutes later I got a message back asking for pictures and my address to get a quote. It was so nice just sending pictures instead of having someone come out just to give a quote. We knew it was going to be a bit pricey due to how bad our yards were but I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the quote was! They were able to come first think Monday morning and gave us an hour window on when they would show up. They showed up right on time. To my surprise it was only one guy.. he said he was supposed to have another guy with him but his partner didn't show. I felt so bad this one guy had to do all that work on his own. But he was EXTREMELY nice and quick. Once he was done he even cleaned up the pool of weeds and things that got in there when he was working. I would 1000% use J Ochoa's Landscaping again! Thank you so much for an amazing job! read more

Jorge has done an amazing job with our lawn and yard in Central Phoenix. He was very quick to respond and came out that same week to give an estimate. On-time and fair quote for clean up. I am a teacher so $ is important and he is super respectful with the fees. Jorge is now doing our yard service every other week and makes it look clean and pretty! It is amazing to see our brick patio and cement walkways without those annoying little and big weeds! I highly recommend his yard service and he consistantly and quickly responds to any extra needs that we have. GREAT! read more
