So I had a project to get rid of the rocks in the back of my house as the trash and recycle carts were challenging to maneuver when they got full. This project was not too big, so several contractors told me it was too small and would cost me a lot bla,bla,bla. I finally came across Alfredo concrete jobs, and after reviewing some of the great reviews on Yelp, I decided to call and see if he did not tell me my job was too small to handle. I called right there and then. To my surprise, Alfredo answered the call. He asked me to send him a picture and a rough estimate of the dimensions. I did that. Then he told me he would be sending me an estimate later that day. I thought it was too good to be true as I struggled to have someone come down and see my project. Alfredo sent me the estimate (which was way better than I had calculated). He told me he would check for the concrete truck and call me later to tell me when he could start the job. To my disbelief, Alfredo also called me that Sunday and said he would begin early on Tuesday. Tuesday came, and Alfredo texted me early in the morning to let me know he was on his way to my house. Alfredo did all the prep work and arranged the area to pour the concrete on Wednesday. Wednesday came, and again, Alfredo texted me in the morning when he was on his way to my house. Alfredo waited for the concrete truck and used a wheel barrel (since my home sits on a cul de sac). Trucks are not allowed to get in there because of HOA rules. He showed no fear of the work and covered the floor with plastic to avoid any cement spills. Alfredo completed the job as promised. He did a fantastic job, and the project looks even better than I had anticipated. If you are still reading this, do yourself a favor, stop reading and call Javier before he books his next job. Found out about Alfredo's business here on Yelp after lots of research online. Alfredo and his team did a great job getting us the patio extension, walkway, and trash can pads that we wanted. We are very happy with the finished product. During the whole process Alfredo was courteous and showed his knowledge of his craft and knew all the tips and tricks that showed his experience. The price was also right and more affordable than a lot of others quotes I got. A week after the concrete was laid down we found a small crack diagonal across one of the cement squares and Alfredo said that this sometimes can't be avoided despite implementing all the best prevention methods. We have a huge amount of space behind our house that had massive raised beds made out of Wood beams and cinder blocks. I had Alfredo come out and give me a quote and a couple of weeks later the project started. They were able to remove the beds and the rebars that were in them and removed all the trash and took it to the dump. Day one they were able to remove everything and get the markings done for pouring for day 2. They were able to post a few brackets for me that I needed for a fence I built. Alfredo spent over 12 hours each day to make sure the project was completed. Really happy with the results. I am waiting until it fully dries and then I'll add a sealer. We had some plumbing work done that required a cut in the patio. Other concrete companies ignored my request, but Alfredo responded right away after I messaged him around 2pm on a Friday. He came over on Saturday to look at the site and the work was completed by 11 am the following Monday, including a cement mixer truck to supply the exposed aggregate to match the existing patio. The cement dried to exactly match it. Alfredo was very knowledgeable about how to fill the cuts and he also fixed some of the rough edges the plumbers left. read more

I contacted Alfredo through Yelp and he responded with a text not long after. He gave me a quote and luckily someone canceled and he was able to pour a pad for my hot tub 3 days later. He showed up and we went over where and how I wanted the pad poured and they went right to work. They worked hard all day and when he left I had my pad completed other than having to water it 2 times. It's worth mentioning he was $700 or more cheaper than the quotes I got. Alfredo arrived on time (7am) to install a 63 x 3 foot walkway and stayed keeping the concrete wet until about 5pm. While he was waiting he moved landscape rock around the walkway at no extra charge.
