We loved these guys a very professional group of workers. Really disappointed with our experience. The estimate was quick and easy, but everything after that was poor. Communication wasn't the best and install only happened 5 days after promised on the invoice because after saying it'd be done from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. one day and never showing up, I asked for a refund and/or leaving the gate at my property. I had taken off work for the day and received no communication or notice that he wouldn't be out that day until 7:30 p.m. on the day it was supposed to be installed. I paid full price (about $640) and was told it would be another $50 to haul the old wooden gate we had away. There were slivers of wood and screws left all over the ground. The gate won't open all of the way because of a beam that is in the way. I leave the extra star only because the crew that came and installed were very friendly. The gate was good quality. We just paid the invoice to be done with this horrible ordeal, but will not be using them in the future. read more

Instead of owning up to it, he tried to blame me and charge me double what we agreed upon. There was also zero communication from him the entire time and he would just show up at my house whenever it seemed to fit him best.
