Jose returned my call immediately and came over that afternoon to provide a quote for both. The stucco work was scheduled quickly and the work completed in one day. The work was excellent and clean up was great (other than leaving half a dozen empty water bottles scattered along the house). However, when it came time to paint, we were ghosted. We left several messages and none were returned. We were worried about his welfare but when a week or so later we saw someone down the street having stucco repairs done by this company (they likely got info from workers as they walked past our house) we knew he was okay and still in business. We had a good rapport with Jose and his employees, there is no excuse for ghosting us. After a week of no contact, we were forced to play general contractor again to find painters, get quotes, and set up scheduling. What could have been a raging endorsement has been marred by the fact that not only was the work incomplete, we were left hanging. This turned into a two-month ordeal. The fencing that was installed had a number of problems and they said that they would come back and fix them, which they did not. He has ignored my calls and texts.
