Update #5 The bank…read morehas permanently issued a full refund. A claim for quality was filed with Fountain Hills Gate and Fence. The claim was accepted by the merchant and was not won by a technicality, meaning that they agreed with my dissatisfaction with their service. This entire review could have been avoided had they chosen that route from the very beginning. Update #4 I am attaching the harassing message I received from Crystal Loveless threatening to sue me for false claims. I'm assuming she is trying to intimidate me to remove my review. Update #3 Crystal Loveless took me to Municipal Court and attempted to have a protective order placed on me making false allegations that I sexually harassed her husband and for making a call to the police because I didn't know for sure she was the one who took the gate, among other unproven claims. Maybe she should have reached out to me prior to coming onto my property and removing the gate instead of two days after. She took just the center of the gate since the two sides are bolted into the concrete with wedge anchors that you cannot remove! I found out the gate was gone after I opened the front door and my three dogs ran down the street, instead of just onto the front patio. The Judge threw the case out. They didn't honor the contract, they take on too much work to keep any focus on or about your job, their installation should make anyone RUN, and they don't respond to your rightful complaints. The only thing that was ever offered was to put paint in all the holes. Why did they install the gate where it's sloped for water run off instead of moving it back a few inches to where it's level? The photo of the denial of that order is being added to this review. Please also look at the pictures of how they installed the gate. I would like to correct the wording in my first review stating that they stole my gate. They did repossess it for nonpayment. I filed a claim with my credit card company and they temporarily refunded me the money. I just wasn't sure at the time what was going on because Crystal didn't notify me that they were coming onto my property to do so. I didn't receive an email from Crystal until two days after they came onto my property and removed the middle of the gate leaving both side panels. She only sent that email after she was contacted by the police.
