Daniel and Leo just got done installing our new Phoenix Series gate from DCS Industries and it is absolutely perfect. We have had on old iron and wood gate that had been rotting since we moved in. This new gate is a beautiful replacement and with the integrated deadbolt we can actually lock up our backyard now. These guys did a great job installing the gate and removing the old one. After trying to work with several other firms, I came upon these folks. I had created my own design for a "courtyard" gate. We wanted strong security, without appearing unduly unwelcoming. The firm suggested a couple changes - that made my design better. They delivered on time; installed beautifully and left us with a great solution. It's been many months now. We used this company to install 3 gates on a commerical property back in 2017. They did not use a powder coat finish as per in the specs, When we asked about it, they seemed oblivious to that and said " we must have messed up". The structural integrity is lacking because we have had issues with proper opening and closing and latching of the three gate doors since soon after the install. They have been reluctant to come out to fix the issues but did come out to touch up the peeling paint after we asked. It is now peeling again. The latching issues were "fixed" but that fix is now casuing even more issues with one of the latches. Ater paying $5000 to install the gates they now are asking for $1500 to fix the problems caused by the lack of quality craftsmanship. Would not reccomend this company. read more
