Wesley…read morewas very kind to come out to check out our yard and listen to our needs before giving us a fair and reasonable quote. We decided to go with him after he provided us with a contract detailing all the work that his company would be doing. Wesley was very responsive and his crew worked extremely quickly finishing all the work within a week. The work included scrapping of all the debris and having it hauled away, installing additional drainage throughout the yard to tie into the existing drain, installing rebar and pouring of the concrete. They finished off with brushing of the new concrete to blend into the existing concrete we already had. We also had Wesley's team install high quality, non-toxic and pet friendly turf which was installed professionally. We highly recommend Aloha Concrete and will be back for any future yard needs!

This meant that we needed to replace a badly damaged retaining wall that secured the different grade between our house and that of our neighbors. Their price was competitive and boy am I glad that we got them to do the work. They walked us through the process of what would be required for our situation. And answered all of our questions before starting. Building a retaining wall is no small cost and we wanted to make sure it was done well. Lozada Quality Concrete completed the job with precision, care, and thoughtfulness. Importantly, they completed the job on time. The workers were professional, knowledgable and considerate; even making the site extra secure to protect the neighbor's very curious kids. We were so impressed with their work that we had them redo our ribbon driveway while they were still on site. We will definitely continue to rely on their precision handiwork and attention to detail in the future.

Roman Concrete did an exceptional job replacing and extending our driveway…read more We truly appreciated the owner, Raul, for his professionalism and patience. He took the time to explain every detail, visited our home twice, and remained flexible when we decided to adjust the extension area. The crew was efficient, friendly, and equipped with impressive machinery. We were particularly struck by the value offered; Roman Concrete was the only company to provide 3500 PSI concrete while maintaining a very competitive price. Their attention to detail was outstanding--from the thorough cleanup to the fact that two team members stayed for four hours just to ensure the concrete dried undisturbed. My husband and I highly recommend Roman Concrete. The final result is beautiful, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

The floors in the backyard were downright gross with mold and sand. We were however on a pretty tight time crunch with the new tenants scheduled to move in within the next 2 weeks. Originally we had contacted several places which included AM Masonry & Concrete. Right away we got a response from Amosa. After hearing about our strict timeline he was able to swing by the very next morning to take a look at what we needed done. Out of all the places we contacted, Amosa responded to us the fastest with the most detailed estimate . Other companies took much longer to get back to us. We didn't have to wait an entire day or more for a response. His responsiveness and punctuality was only a few reasons why we chose to go with him. From the get go he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted . We ended up having him do a top cast finishing with diamond cuts control joints . He arrived on time every single day, left the work area clean each day , and even finished ahead of schedule. The new floors look absolutely amazing . We will definitely be contacting AM Masonry & Concrete in the future!

This new space is for a hot tub we have on order. The new patio is next to an existing patio where our fire pit is located, and we wanted it to match with the same stone. Tony's bid was fair and he had good availability. Tony even went out and searched for the best matching stone to complement the existing space (other contractors did not offer this service-they suggested we go hunt for it). Tony and his team showed up promptly each morning and stayed consistently until the job was complete. They never skipped a day to work elsewhere or left early "to finish up" somewhere else. The number of days initially quoted for the job was also spot-on. Tony and crew cleaned up each day before leaving and were a pleasure to work with! We love the outcome and highly recommend!!

Some issues needed fixing: -water main leaked twice (one during digging and again after pouring) -tear-off expansion board incorrectly installed (not flat along some walls causing pour to be wavy, and not level with pour so I couldn't tear-off and sikacaulk.. had to do some tedious cutting first) -turf started growing weeds and grass along edges because weed barrier wasn't installed deep enough (recommend turf caulk along edges during installation) -damaged some plants during digging -ordered excess concrete mix so we overpaid Just need to be more careful throughout the project and most of these can be avoided. Still highly recommend Francisco!
