Our experience was terrible from start to finish. Even though we had a signed contract in place, the costs kept changing throughout the project with constant new charges and excuses. Every step seemed to come with additional unexpected costs that were never originally discussed. Even worse, although we fully paid the contractor, he failed to pay multiple suppliers involved in the job -- including both the concrete supplier and the gate supplier leaving us dealing with payment disputes afterward. There poured and laid concrete broke after 5 days. The professionalism was extremely poor. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not honored, and the overall quality of work was unacceptable. The concrete started developing cracks within the first week, which clearly reflects poor workmanship and lack of proper preparation and finishing. They also failed to properly wash and glaze/seal the concrete after completion. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest work. Please do your research and stay away. read more

I hired Francisco Legaspi after receiving 3 quotes to demo my backyard and to pour about 20 yards of concrete and build a raised block planter. His quote was not the lowest but it was much lower than the next highest by overt $ 10,000. I decided to have Legaspi and sons do the job because they seemed to understand what I was looking for. His price was about what I expected. Once the project began everything was well coordinated. Francisco handled all coordination between the guys doing the demo as well as all his helpers. The job moved fast was done on time. Francisco did do a few extras for me. All prices were up front and no gimmicks. I had forgotten about a partial payment that I had given him, but he reminded me that I had already payed him. The job came out amazing and everything was cleaned up the following day. I can say that if you need concrete work done, these guys are amazing. They did cinder block and concrete planters at my home and they put stack stone siding on my home, as well as pavers on my front porch patio area. All of that work was beautiful and done very quickly and beautifully. I would highly recommend them for any masonry work that you have to complete and we will be contacting them again for our backyard concrete counter top for the grill area. I would caution that they also offer artificial grass, and this is somewhat outside their area of expertise and I do wish that I had chosen a contractor who specializes in the particular service. Francisco, Shorty and the team did a wonderful job on our new turf and planter wall. Francisco came over to provide a quote and brought turf samples for us to look through. He also helped us secure his contractor rate through the turf company which helped us save a lot of money. Francisco and his team went above and beyond to make sure our turf would last for years to come. After grading the area, they installed chicken wire at our request so we would not have any animals digging up from under the turf. Then they laid weed screen, then gravel, then DG and then finally the turf and the infill. They did not cut corners and were very meticulous at each step. We were so happy with the work that we hired Francisco to build a planter wall next to our new turf. We have already recommended Francisco to friends and we strongly recommend anyone reading this review to hire Francisco. He is fair, honest, and a good communicator.
