While we could not get any money back and couldn't agree on when the first cancellation request was made (my call at Christmas that was answered by an answering service) he was kind enough to process the cancellation, send email confirmation, and leave the credits on the account without an expiration. My executive is overall pleased with the outcome (that was always my goal) and made an appointment for today.
