Well, magically, and thanks to discovering Club Pilates, most my normal issues with my muscles and prior injuries have gone away, and I feel a lot better when playing soccer or when riding my dirtbikes on the track. I DO RECOMMEND Pilates for everyone in your 40's -50s and beyond who want to continue to do the sports you love. Pilates WILL bring the flexibility you had when you were in your 20's , believe me, IT WORKS! I go to fix my core/posture and gain a little muscle. 8 sessions in, I definitely have more energy and get less fatigued during the day. You will find people from all levels, ages and goals. The trainers will help you modify workouts to your own level. All of the trainers are very motivating, welcoming and hold you accountable. They push you for the full 45 minutes and make sure you're doing the workouts properly. You always come out with a great workout. It is a bit pricey but so worth it if you think long-term.
