This is a way long overdue review. I've completed 193 classes with Club Pilates. My favorite teachers are Caitlyn, Tiffany, and Olga. They all have a different style, but facilitat an awesome class. I particularly enjoy Caitlyn's Suspend class on Thursday evenings. One of the things that made me stick with Club Pilates, is when I started, I hadn't worked out regularly in years. But I was able to work at my own pace and build my strength. I never felt embarrassed or ashamed, and in fact, always felt welcomed and encouraged. The classes are small with a limit of 12 students because the majority of the class in performed on a reformer. The instructors are knowledgeable, and present a good combination of total body exercises. I also appreciate that they've added more classes lately. And often take the late 6:30pm or 7:30pm weeknight classes. (I'd come at 8:30 PM if they had a class!) If you want to work on muscle tone, balance, having a leaner longer body, get rid of your sciatica, etc...Pilates is a great practice. Can't wait to earn my 250 class plaque! read more

Such a horrible experience with the instructor Mari Castillo, came to class on time and had to wait about 10 minutes as to let the front door girl finish registering some new members. I waited patiently for her to finish and the sweet front desk girl checked me in and let me in class. Mind you this class only had one attendee. The instructor barely spoke to me walked past me and gave me an annoyed "hi". Went to the front desk girl and wanted to know if I was a member or in ClassPass, once she confirmed I was on ClassPass she told her I needed to come back another time as I had came in 5 minutes past the grace period. She came back in walked passed and didn't say a word. The front desk girl was not the issue, she came and tried to reschedule me and pulled me out of the class, she did verify that she had also advised the instructor that I was just waiting for to finish up with the people in front of me so I could check in and was on time but she still didn't want me in the class. This was my first time here and this was such an uncomfortable and uninviting experience. Do keep in mind this instructor saw me sitting and waiting and knew I was inside the building on time yet never tried to assist while I waited either. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, one star is purely for the sweet front desk girl. read more

I joined Club Pilates Cinco Ranch when they opened, shortly after having my second child. I'd hit a plateau after working out at other gyms and needed a reboot. Please be mindful when considering joining, they told me I was only obligated for 3 months, and tried to charge me for freezing my membership past those 3 months, tried to force me to pay for an entire month after I told them I couldn't make it to the location. Sophie is the sweetest young lady ever. She was so welcoming and informative upon me arriving for my intro class. Tiffany's intro class sold me.. she was so patient, knowledgeable, and friendly-- can't wait to take another class with her. Today was my first official class with Olga and I really took notice to how she has eyes on everyone and redirects you if you're in the wrong position, etc. As a woman who is new to Pilates I truly appreciated that. I tried this place out because I was going to sign up with my USAA membership Perks. After using my free intro class and talking to the original manager who stated "yes ma'am we have two other members here who are under the USAA membership perks program" the new manager REFUSED TO SIGN ME UP UNDER THE PROGRAM! She basically played ignorant and said she would call me back on Monday, well it's been 3 weeks with no call. USAA is a banking service primarily for Veteran and family members of veterans so Club Pilates don't bother thanking me for mine and my many generations of service! read more

I attended a free class (not just the intro but an actual class) and it was amazing! I will definitely be signing up for the membership. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The instructor, Cathy, was good! Her voice was clear and pleasant. She gave good instructions on what to do and how to do it. She stopped and helped individuals in the class but was good about making sure the rest of the class was not just sitting there waiting while she helped someone. This place is pricey: $199 monthly for a minimum 3 month membership. And I believe there is that standard clause of giving one month notice before they will let you terminate your membership. Lastly the Reformer - you are expected to wipe it down at the end of your class so it's clean for the next person. My concern is- if the person before you didn't do a good job, you get sweaty covid germs read more

I have been doing Orangetheory for 4+ years now and I wanted to add a workout to my routine to give me something different. After trying out a few different gyms I tried out Pilates and loved it. I highly recommend getting the unlimited membership because you will become addicted and crave those extra classes. Morgan, the Manager, is great and very helpful. The coaches are very knowledgeable and follow up on your form. It might look intimidating because of the reformer and that crazy looking chair but they teach you what you need to know before you level up to the more difficult movements. Just when you think it gets "easier" you can add springs and go up in weights and it definitely challenges you. I would recommend Pilates to any gender and age, it helps with mobility and flexibility and the coaches are great at assisting you with moderations if needed. read more
