Encourages interaction with other participants that you may not have met yet (partnering for exercises). All exercises were clearly explained and demonstrated. The most amazing bootcamp I've ever been to! The community is so kind and motivating. I was never the type to get attached to a workout/gym, but Burn kept me coming back for more. The staff at the front is so friendly and accommodating to whatever your unique request is. Though it's a group class, the trainers really pay attention to each individual throughout the class. They say you get 1:1 coaching during a group class, and this is so true for Burn. I felt myself get stronger each week. So sad that I moved away from Burn :( but if I'm ever in town, I would definitely do a drop in class :) read more

I am very selective about training programs and have been amazed by the progress gained at this Burn Boot Camp location! The universal program is also tailored by the Master Trainer at each location. And the Master Trainer at Cinco Ranch, Mike, is amazing! I have finally lost the baby weight gain and stronger than I have ever been! Even in high school! The camps are filled with people from different backgrounds from pregnant moms, ex-military/athletes, and Seniors! All the trainers know how to tailor and modify to everyone. I absolutely love this place! I have tried other gyms in the past but was always intimated by the equipment or the people. At conventional gyms you are completely on your own or you have to pay high dollar for a personal trainer. I tried a regular gym but I was a beginner and didn't feel comfortable knowing what to do with all the equipment on my own. Other boutique gyms sometimes can be intimidating with cliquey people and it's hard to be the new person. But when I came to Burn I was greeted with high fives from the beginning to the end. They made me feel welcome there. I instantly fell in love with the fun yet intense workouts, but the community is the best. The trainers are amazing and give you lots of feedback and assistance. Burn truly is it's own community, it feels like a family. I made friends from day one and continue to make friends every time I go. I've felt comfortable every step of the way. The free childcare and free focus meetings with the trainers are a huge bonus as well. Everyone fits in here- competitive athletes and couch surfers alike. There is a variety of athleticism and I think that's really encouraging. You don't need to be in shape to start coming here.
