Drove all the way from Austin and had to take an emergency call as the class started. Studio staff would not let me workout because I was on the phone passed the 5 min cut off. I have never had this happen to me. ZERO STARS and I will never return. If this was my home studio I would have cancelled right there on the spot. Check your attitude at the door when speaking to people that pay money to be at your facility.

I go to fix my core/posture and gain a little muscle. 8 sessions in, I definitely have more energy and get less fatigued during the day. You will find people from all levels, ages and goals. The trainers will help you modify workouts to your own level. All of the trainers are very motivating, welcoming and hold you accountable. They push you for the full 45 minutes and make sure you're doing the workouts properly. You always come out with a great workout. It is a bit pricey but so worth it if you think long-term.

They seemed like a nice location when I looked it up online, but now it's very clear that the abundance of interesting content they post is to hide all of the immense problems of this studio. Tiran clearly needs diversity and inclusion training, because he is still very unaware of how his words and actions are inappropriate and unprofessional.
