Finding a gym where the members are "so nice" is a huge win--it turns a fitness routine into a social highlight of the day. The culture of a gym always starts at the top. Having owners like Marci and Casey who are hands-on and genuinely have your "best interest in mind" is what separates a boutique fitness center from a big-box corporate gym. That personal touch ensures that members aren't just numbers, but part of a community where their goals and safety matter.
