This location smells absolutely RANK, I walked into the back to use the water fountain first and I could smell a stench of feces coming from one of the restrooms. I was going to try to push past and just get my session done, but upon walking into the sauna it was filthy and not to mention, the bikes looked to be in horrible condition! I had to leave immediately because this made me want to vomit due to the nasty condition of the sauna. By far, the worst Hotworx location I've been to. They seemed like a nice location when I looked it up online, but now it's very clear that the abundance of interesting content they post is to hide all of the immense problems of this studio. Will definitely not be returning back or recommending others to this particular location.

Does this allow me to use the facilities still or am I paying for two months of nothingness. Please let me know asap or I will report to my bank. I like the facilities but this is not right. This was so shocking that a lady behind me wanting to consider joining turned away and told me that she does not like this policy. Not cool. If you decide to join ask all these questions and get everything in writing.

When I came in to take class, I saw her yelling at one of the workers. There are many better ways to handle a situation like this rather than escalating the issue and yelling at one of your workers. I have also heard from other yogis there that Holly has no respect for anyone, does not know how to take criticism in a professional manner, and that the workers are paid minimum wage (7.25) . Correct me if I am wrong. Other than that, the studio is outdated. I've been to many yoga studios that are just beautiful environments, but this is just not that. If you are looking for a dirty yoga room with wet carpets from others' sweat, come here.

I have 4 disc herniations and sciatica and when I attend class regularly I notice I stop complaining about back pain. This practice is so healing!! The studio also has inferno hot Pilates that I recently started attending and I am totally addicted to which is making me stronger which is also helping me heal. I love everything about this studio from the staff to the amazing instructors to the beautiful well kept bathrooms and showers and the members are pretty cool too! I say "seemingly" because even though some of the equipment is higher priced doesn't necessarily translate to being the best. Now realistically this is a 5% issue STRICTLY in my opinion. No right or wrong here. Just FYI this is NOT a 24hr gym like I would expect at this price point. Overall the gym has a good layout. The leg options are quite good. However one plate loaded leg extension and 1 plate loaded seated leg curl.... These are very popular pieces of equipment maybe an investment in another set of these two is in the future and hopefully with a pin loadable stack of weight just for easier drop sets. Also it seems like there are a lot of cable stations but there really isn't. Price is a bit high but it limits some of the less experienced and/or disruptive clientele. So maybe not a terrible thing. The BIGGEST issue with this place are the dumbbells and fortunately an easy fix. The DBs are polished chrome and visually they look nice however seeing what the weight of the DB is difficult. Furthermore the weight of the DB is listed under where they are placed so it's even double tough to find the particular DBs you're looking for. The quick fix label the DBs between the handles. That way you can just look over the weights. Scan through. And find the proper DBs. As per staff: Very little interaction but friendly enough when I check in. Finally, this is a very nice and well maintained spot. I think there are a lot more "Pros" over "Cons" concerning joining this gym. Yeah you'll catch a couple folks not cleaning up their weights from machines. But just for their Leg area alone is worth joining. Granted I did NOT join but I have too many gyms as it is

I provided medical docs in person to cancel and they put it on a 30 day hold instead after confirming cancellation then charged a few more payments before I finally stopped payment via my bank. When I asked why, they conveniently claimed that the employee who put me on hold "by mistake" no longer works here. I've emailed and left messages countless times and they ignore because they want to rack up the charges. At this point I've moved somewhere there aren't any locations and yet they refuse to answer my messages or emails. Stay away from this location, they will scam you and laugh about it.
