Worst experience I've ever had at a studio In 9 years going to Orangetheory. I was there to check…read morein 5 min before the 8:45am class start. Drove all the way from Austin and had to take an emergency call as the class started. Studio staff would not let me workout because I was on the phone passed the 5 min cut off. I have never had this happen to me. ZERO STARS and I will never return. If this was my home studio I would have cancelled right there on the spot. Check your attitude at the door when speaking to people that pay money to be at your facility.

I go to fix my core/posture and gain a little muscle. 8 sessions in, I definitely have more energy and get less fatigued during the day. You will find people from all levels, ages and goals. The trainers will help you modify workouts to your own level. All of the trainers are very motivating, welcoming and hold you accountable. They push you for the full 45 minutes and make sure you're doing the workouts properly. You always come out with a great workout. It is a bit pricey but so worth it if you think long-term.

I have been a member of HOTWORX for exactly 20 days, within the 1st 6 days I had dropped 6.8lbs and here I am 20 days later 11.4 lbs lighter!! The infrared sauna was exactly what I needed to boost my weight loss!! I do (2) 15 min HIIT sessions a day Hot Blast and Hot Cycle and I must say my membership is well worth the results I'm getting so quickly!

This location smells absolutely RANK, I walked into the back to use the water fountain first and I could smell a stench of feces coming from one of the restrooms. I was going to try to push past and just get my session done, but upon walking into the sauna it was filthy and not to mention, the bikes looked to be in horrible condition! I had to leave immediately because this made me want to vomit due to the nasty condition of the sauna. By far, the worst Hotworx location I've been to. They seemed like a nice location when I looked it up online, but now it's very clear that the abundance of interesting content they post is to hide all of the immense problems of this studio. Will definitely not be returning back or recommending others to this particular location.
