Everything is on a timer which is reflected on the monitors, including a count down to the next activity. This keeps everything on track and ensures the classes start and end on time (which I LOVE!). I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness community to get involved in as everyone here is truly invested in encouragement and accountability. Pricing is a little steep, but they do a great job of offering different packages and plans to accommodate most budgets and schedules. I'm also told they are running a promo for students and teachers over the summer with a discount.

The two JNS brothers are in this for one reason and one reason only, they want to see people do well. I have seen them there at all hours of the day, and i have seen them go out of their way to help someone in need. They provide the encouragement, accountability and knowledge that is needed for a healthy lifestyle change. This is not an easy journey, but with the help of JNS staff and owners, the journey can be obtained. Over a year ago, I was a member at this gym and had a personal trainer. However, I had to relocate from the area for work and could not complete my sessions, so I canceled my membership and the remaining private training sessions. Fast forward to this week, my checking account was charged without permission, and when contacting the gym, I was told this was because of new ownership. My problem, however, is that they should not have authorized any charges, given that I canceled my membership over a year ago. When calling to request documentation and proof that I would receive a refund, I was told I "lacked patience" and would have to wait. This is highly unprofessional and illegal. I would be weary of joining this gym as they conduct business poorly.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming when I arrived, and you can tell that the instructors are knowledgeable. Things were a little different than I am used to with teaching fascially, but it was a nice change and I liked how different the moves felt on my body.
