I especially love how Coach Will, along with the other coaches and students are all very encouraging has made me feel like a part of their big family. I'm being taught how to properly execute techniques and how to safely add weights in our workout. This place has every body type, age and experience. It's been quite motivating seeing every single person there work hard, root each other on while having fun.
