I have been working out with Jason approximately three days per week for over two years…read more The Summit Fitness facility is always spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned and plays music to fit all tastes. Jason's workouts appear to be specifically tailored to each client's abilities and goals. For me, Jason created a high energy, fast paced, mostly cardio and some strength training program. He listened when I said that I like variety and get bored quickly with repetitive workouts. After over two years, I can tell you that Jason works hard to give me a complete workout without repeating the same exercises over and over. In addition, I have various bumps and bruises gathered over the years that he works around so as to not aggravate those areas. I could not ask for more of Jason as a trainer and a person. Jason seems to have a broad knowledge of training and does a really good job of keeping me honest if I try to game his program. Personally, Jason is a solid family man who operates his business in a very ethical and moral manner. Finally, the fact that I am still going here consistently after all this time should speak volumes about Jason and his program. Highly recommend.

Check out the Summit! I am close to my first Summit but now I am thinking of altering those goals and reaching higher. Thank you Jason for all you do. You really have no idea :)

At the time, Ryan tailored a proper program for me and has adapted it as needed over the years. Currently, I am around 65 pounds lighter, much stronger and feel great. With his help, I constantly succeed with overcoming obstacles, maintain my health, and continue to improve my quality of life each and every day. Ryan is not just a personal trainer for me but also a great teacher. I have learned from him more about nutrition, fitness, and everyday health maintenance than I ever did in my life before (I'm now age 44). I highly recommend him as an excellent personal trainer and health advisor.

I never got any calls or messages from her, except after the fact and it was a text saying she had been trying to reach me, as she k ew I was not happy.
