I started training with Ron about 6 months ago and I have to say he has to be the best fitness…read moretrainer in Houston! When I first walked in, my goal was to have killer abs by the time I met this girl who I wanted to, well, impress at a wedding. However, the wedding got moved up so those plans went out the window. However, I stayed thanks to his amazing knowledge in the world of fitness and his training pushed me to not only improve my work ethic in the gym but also in other areas of my life. i went from about 17% body fat to 10% body fat while increasing my muscle mass by 10 pounds. It was literally insane and people noticed the progress. I've come to a point where I look for places in houston to show off what Ron has done for me. Not to mention, as far as gyms and trainers go, his personal gym is perfect with all the best equipment that you will need. Hands down, Ron knows his stuff. From nutrition to random business advice, he is the trainer to see! Highly recommended. P.S I was about 173 Lbs before I went to his gym with a little gut and now I'm 165 Lbs of almost complete muscle. He works miracles.

I was in the market for a personal trainer and found Tony's profile online. He was offering virtual…read moreservices and there was something about his page I felt drawn to. He mentioned his clients get results and that's what I was looking for. It's been a few weeks and I can definitely see the results starting to roll in. He doesn't just train your body, he also helps with mindset and confidence. So I've seen results in how I'm eating, my overall attitude, muscle usage, and my pants are starting to fit bigger! I've had several trainers in the past and he's by far the best. And we've only trained virtually so that says a lot! My workouts with Tony push me past my comfort zone and I really work up a sweat. I highly highly recommend him!

I worked out with Tony for a couple of months, but today I gave up. In our short time together, he…read morehas forgotten about two separate workouts despite having sent out confirmations (in the form of email calendar requests) well in advance. He wasn't very apologetic for these errors, in one case blaming me for his misunderstanding - a sign of things to come. I was livid, but I chose to carry on because he will not refund unused sessions. The ensuing attempts to resume my workout routine were rife with communication errors, and despite my request--and his agreement--to send appointment confirmations in advance, he would not send them until the morning of the workout itself - often only a couple hours before it was to take place. When I finally reached my wits end with his lackadaisical attitude, I contacted him to see if we would refund a portion of my unused workouts as a sort of compromise. What ensued was the most unbelievable conversation I've ever had. He proceeded to blame me and my inconsistent schedule as the reason he didn't bother to send out confirmations in advance anymore. For every issue I had with his communication, he blamed my schedule. He was argumentative and rude, and did not even attempt to listen to any sort of compromise. Instead, he continued to profess that the problem was my schedule and that he would've sent confirmations out if I had solidified more than just one week of my schedule at a time. He never accepted any responsibility for his mistakes, brushing his missed appointments off as "simple human error" despite leaving me waiting during those times. My workouts with Tony were alright, but he's just not flexible. My job is demanding and I don't always have the luxury of knowing weeks of scheduling in advance. In the end, the lack of professionalism he displayed was simply too much to bear. I walked away from several hundred dollars worth of sessions because he just can't be reliable.
