I am a member at a different Hotworx and decided to give this one a try as I was running errands in the area and wanted to do a quick cycle session. This location smells absolutely RANK, I walked into the back to use the water fountain first and I could smell a stench of feces coming from one of the restrooms. I was going to try to push past and just get my session done, but upon walking into the sauna it was filthy and not to mention, the bikes looked to be in horrible condition! I had to leave immediately because this made me want to vomit due to the nasty condition of the sauna. By far, the worst Hotworx location I've been to. They seemed like a nice location when I looked it up online, but now it's very clear that the abundance of interesting content they post is to hide all of the immense problems of this studio. Will definitely not be returning back or recommending others to this particular location. read more

Although I like Hotworx I am quite upset about a few things. When I signed up I blatantly asked and notified the lady that due to my travels I want to make sure I have access to all Hotworx. Not Only did I get a rude awakening while in Mississippi and Atlanta but it wasn't until I tried cancelling membership on 8/31/23 that I learned I was never on that plan. Not to mention your cancellation policy is absurd. I was never notified of it and to my demise, You ask for two months worth of payments to cancel!? Does this allow me to use the facilities still or am I paying for two months of nothingness. Please let me know asap or I will report to my bank. I like the facilities but this is not right. This was so shocking that a lady behind me wanting to consider joining turned away and told me that she does not like this policy. Not cool. If you decide to join ask all these questions and get everything in writing. read more

I took a free class here for Hot Pilates and was not dissapointed. I had never done hot pilates before and was pleasantly surprised at the results even after the first visit. Once I arrived, I was greeted, prepped on the studio and instructions and even given a tour of the facility. It was different in the aspect that you are in your own private sauna and watching a guided video throughout the workout. The facility was neat and clean and even had a small weight lifting area and a shower. I loved every core wrenching minute and definitely plan on being back. read more

Seeing is believing!! I have struggled to lose a 15lb weight gain since March, I have been losing and gaining the same 5 lbs for the past 2 mths.. I have been a member of HOTWORX for exactly 20 days, within the 1st 6 days I had dropped 6.8lbs and here I am 20 days later 11.4 lbs lighter!! The infrared sauna was exactly what I needed to boost my weight loss!! I do (2) 15 min HIIT sessions a day Hot Blast and Hot Cycle and I must say my membership is well worth the results I'm getting so quickly! read more

HOTWORX - Katy - Happy because I'm about to sweat it out and earn the burn! - Pilates Near Me - Katy, Texas

Called again today....i was told once again a manager would call me back. This is absolutely the worst customer service. I've been strung along for over a month now. Paying for a membership I cannot use because they are unwilling to help me transfer it to a new location. read more

I started out at a different HOTWORX location, I've been going to this one for about a month now. Scheduling workouts is so easy and it's close to home, employees are really nice. But coming from a different location I see this one could use a little work. It doesn't seem like they show their members how to clean the equipment or spray down things after use so it's ready for the next member. There's no reminders posted to do this either, maybe the location I came from was overly insane with cleanliness but I much prefer that. read more

I found the introduction was done very efficiently and the ppl were very friendly! If you're looking for a good workout this is it! Everyone shld try it out and you will be back! read more

Great place. Employees are very professional and helpful. I have been a member for about two months and am very glad I joined.

I have tried cancelling my membership multiple times and still getting charged $60 a month.

If you are contemplating signing up for hotworx please read this before you sign anything. The shorted version is i was forced (by contract) to pay about $300 and only used hotworx twice...if you want more details please read. The owner, Robin, doesn't care that I spent hundreds of dollars without using it; she just cared about the contract. I would rate 2/5 because the owner did have a legal right to take my money but also she chose to take it even when she knew my situation I joined summer 2020 because I had a friend who worked there and it seemed like a great place. They make you buy a special $80 mat "heat resistant". I ended up getting a serious injury the second time I went (3 slipped discs). My friend told her boss this and the boss said "she couldn't have gotten injured" and infered I was lying, my friend who worked there relied to me. I was offended she talked like that behind customers backs but that wasn't even the biggest issue. I wanted to cancel right there because I couldnt walk let alone drive to use a gym but they trap you in a contract where you have to request to leave 3 months in advance or pay $100 to end the contract... I ended up putting the membership on hold,I believe paying $10 a month to not have to pay the $50 per month. I do this for afew months because I physically cannot walk without my spine condensing on itself. In August I end up leaving houston for college (also have not been back to houston since) and try to end the contract again but get the same response. I even told Robin my situation twice and requested the fees canceled because I obviously didn't get any use of her place. And I thought this was resolved around october but I got more phone calls telling me I owe then $79 to end the contract. Almost 8 months and $300 I am officially away from this terrible business. Also the employees are good but none of it worth the heartache and stress it caused to me. I bet Robin will reply "but the contract is legal and no you are wrong we tried to fix the situation" read more

I have been going here since they opened and I have waited to write a 5-star review to see if they would get their act together. I love the classes, the videos, the studios/saunas, the FX area, flexibility/ease of scheduling, etc. I would say the actual part of working out is 4/5 stars. They lose points for equipment being broken (see below). Additionally, their customer service is non-existent, 0/5 stars if possible. The manager parks his white truck in the first spot available, not sure why they can't park in the back like the rest of the businesses in that complex? That sums up their overall customer care - they don't care. They have a higher turnover rate than Dak Prescott. At times 3 of them are there at the same time - doing nothing but sit on their phones or eating their dinner on the little tables right when you walk in. They bring in their fast food (really, at a gym/work-out facility?) or putrid microwaved dinners, just what you want to smell as you open the door to go work out! They don't follow through on requests to fix machines, specifically their stationary bikes, of which several have had various missing or broken parts for over a year! They have two cycle studios with a total of 6 bikes but only 2 bikes are fully functional. "Parts are on order" or "maintenance has been requested" are the typical responses with no action. Weeks, months go by and nothing is fixed. Probably supply chain issues - that's the go-to answer these days. Get rid of the employees and this place would be amazing - just need to fix the damn equipment. read more

I recently tried to use my Sweat Anywhere pass and am visiting the area so decided to try this location. Zoe was a great attendent and helped me get in the building. She checked me in and i felt at home. The only issue was the facility was in need of some minor repairs. Some of the doors on the sauna won't close all the way and after closer inspection it seems like the wood frame of the door is cracked. Otherwise fantastic experience and thanks again Zoe! read more

I started about a month ago and I absolutely love every part of it. I try and come twice a day and the staff is so friendly and supportive to everybody that walks through the door. I feel so welcomed and I love how private it is in the saunas and I get the most amazing workout every time I'm here. Definitely recommend starting a membership, it pays off well. read more
