They also remember your name and greet you as if you're one of their own members. The culture of this box is great. Very warm, encouraging, and upbeat. The members introduce themselves, make an effort to get to know you, cheer you on, and are super nice. It's also maintained very well and super clean! The workouts are great. They encourage mobility with ROMWOD's every Wednesday, camaraderie with PartnerWOD's, and strength training with barbell driven movements in metcons. Before I signed up we went over my goals and struggles in detail. I was told what to expect and what will be expected from me. CrossFit sounds really intimidating for somebody who hasn't been physically active in a long time, but I received all the information I need to succeed. From the day one every time I walk through their door I am being greeted by name. Coaches follow up on my progress, and always encourage me to push myself. I go to fix my core/posture and gain a little muscle. 8 sessions in, I definitely have more energy and get less fatigued during the day. You will find people from all levels, ages and goals. The trainers will help you modify workouts to your own level. All of the trainers are very motivating, welcoming and hold you accountable. They push you for the full 45 minutes and make sure you're doing the workouts properly. You always come out with a great workout. It is a bit pricey but so worth it if you think long-term.

This location smells absolutely RANK, I walked into the back to use the water fountain first and I could smell a stench of feces coming from one of the restrooms. I was going to try to push past and just get my session done, but upon walking into the sauna it was filthy and not to mention, the bikes looked to be in horrible condition! I had to leave immediately because this made me want to vomit due to the nasty condition of the sauna. By far, the worst Hotworx location I've been to. They seemed like a nice location when I looked it up online, but now it's very clear that the abundance of interesting content they post is to hide all of the immense problems of this studio. Will definitely not be returning back or recommending others to this particular location.

Not Only did I get a rude awakening while in Mississippi and Atlanta but it wasn't until I tried cancelling membership on 8/31/23 that I learned I was never on that plan. Not to mention your cancellation policy is absurd. I was never notified of it and to my demise, You ask for two months worth of payments to cancel!? Does this allow me to use the facilities still or am I paying for two months of nothingness. Please let me know asap or I will report to my bank. I like the facilities but this is not right. This was so shocking that a lady behind me wanting to consider joining turned away and told me that she does not like this policy. Not cool. If you decide to join ask all these questions and get everything in writing.
