Wish I could rate them a zero! DO NOT, I repeat...DO NOT sign up for a Personal training contract!! They make it impossible to cancel it and it's not even worth it! They also don't tell you it's a 4 month commitment and management will evade you to avoid canceling it! Im still waiting over a month for a refund from them and have continually been getting charged! Had to go to my bank and change everything to stop them from taking money out, over $1000 in just one month! I filed fraud charges and a complaint with the BBB, stay away!!! read more

Pain in the ass to deal with facility. Signed up membership and booked coach. But on the day of training, the coach never showed up. Canceled membership out of frustration the next day, but guess what they have been charging us every month. When contacted, they said the coach contract is handled by a 3rd party company and will need to ask that company to call us to cancel. That company never ever called and kept charging us. FALSE advertizing! EOS advertizes if you can bring 2 new members you will get 3 month free membership fee. It's a fake advertizing, I brought 2 new friends in 2025, talked to the membership staff when my 2 friends signed in at the facility in KATY, 3 months later EOS still declined my 3 month free membership! I talked to the club manager Ralph, but nothing happens for 3 months. Now he said, EOS declined my request and didn't tell me the reason. I guess, the sale staff at that moment just wanted to have more new customers (for his bonus), he didn't tell me the real conditions to have a 3 month membership free!!!!! I've been going to this EōS for about a year now and here is my experience. When I first signed up, I was coming in and wanted to get a membership with the discount posted on the EōS website which would allow me to sign up for just a dollar. When I came into the gym and talked with a sales person, I was told that I could not sign up with a dollar because the deal had expired and would have to pay 30. This frustrated me so instead of signing up with the sales person, I signed up online and only had to pay 1 dollar. Unsure of why this happened but it is very sketchy. The gym equipment is very good, mostly nautilus which I think is a great high quality brand. However a lot of the time the machines will be out of order, or very poorly maintained. The only reason I can't give this gym a one star is purely because of the better equipment over any other EōS. The front desk workers are pretty sloppy. I had used to be a 5am regular as the gym would open at 4am but 3/4 times the gym would not open until 1-2 hours after I had to wait. !!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING IN THE MORNING.!!! Although the personal trainer staff have been mostly nice and welcoming even though I have never used a personal trainer. (Most times the personal trainers would have to unlock the door as the front door staff were nowhere to be found. The restrooms are disgusting, at least the men's and upstairs restroom are, not sure about the women's. It is always dirty with paper towels everywhere, paper towel machines jammed, and it smells horrible! And I mean it smells horrible all the time! Not to mention, there is always pee on the toilet seat, you will rarely ever not see it on the toilet seat. My main problem with this gym however is the horrible god awful A/C system. It is always so hot and humid everytime I go to this gym. The humidity is so bad it feels more humid than working out in my garage. Not only does it suck at its job, it constantly drips water all the time. If you go around the gym floor, there will always be at least one bucket to collect the gyms rainfall. I'm not sure if this is an A/C thing only it could be leaks in the roof but in the year I have been working out here, they have never fixed the water dripping. Even on the floor there is noticeable damage that is caused by puddles of water forming. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this gym until the problems is fixed and AVOID COMING IN PERSON, MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP ONLINE TO AVOID SALESPERSON SCAMS! read more

Whirlpool is green, staff doesn't know what shock is for pools. Sauna is never HOT. Needs to be cleaner.

It is misleading to show 29.99/month as the rate, but then having a separate hidden annual rate on top. Came in here awhile back when I first moved to Katy. Had a free pass to use with my partner so we can give it a try. We got the tour, then escorted to talk to one of their employees about becoming members. I get it usual process with all gyms although annoying especially when you just want to get your workout in. This employee or supervisor was relentless. Tried to get us to sign up on the spot. Said we could not use the free pass to use the gym on the weekend which it was and that if we wanted he would let us only if we signed up after. Which defeats the purpose of trying bc then I might aswell sign up now if I'm being pressured to do so later. He also made some other unprofessional remarks, along with insinuating we could not afford la fitness if we did not was to sign up for their larger packaged deal when I said I wanted to tour other gyms and try the facility before committing. In all honestly his sale tactics and demeanor drove us right away. He was training another person who toured us and he seemed like a very great employee. read more

Signed up December 2024, waited until early February and still no confirmed date to open. I cancelled my membership and today I got billed over $100 dollars for the annual fee and monthly payment? This is ridiculous it's been over 45 days and the manager just kept talking about a "30 day policy cancellation" I will be disputing all charges and escalating this to the Better Business Bureau. I've been a member since the ownership change and have left a 5 star review prior. Since then things have continued to be very good here at EoS. I workout almost everyday and enjoy it very much. Great gym, good experience and even more excellent machines. Naheed Janjua is a great staff member at the front desk! Love when she is there. I will say that the gym does play their music a little too loud. If it was more energetic music I don't mind. But when it's slow, mellowed out radio music then I definitely don't want to be hearing that over my own headphones. Needless to say the gym does get VERY crowded and the gym goers here tend to hug on machines and equipment. read more

I have the honor of stating that I am one of the O.G's at this facility. It started as a 24 hour fitness then switched to Texans fit and now it is Eos. Each incarnation evolved into what it is today. A wonderful facility that is a welcoming environment for all that enter. The common thread that I attribute the success of this location is due to the presence of Tyler Smith. Tyler is the type of employee that all corporations hope to have representing them in the field. His attention to detail on a daily basis while maintaining a positive attitude is what makes this particular branch stand out from the others. The staff is friendly, they have a variety of equipment. They are very dirty in my opinion tho. They offer wet wipes to clean the equipment but the staff don't clean. I go to planet fitness also and one of their best quality is cleanliness. read more

If I could go lower than one star, I would. First, they change my profile on Yelp to California. I'm in Katy, TX and I was referring to the gym location on Spring Green. They refuse to charge me the advertise price of 25 cents down and a free 30 days. Instead they charged me $86.58. I got a reply from my original posting on 1/15/2025 from Jorge Rangel, District Operations Manager, asking me to contact him directly via email. I did and noting happen. He stated that he would look into this. No one word from him. All I asked was to be charged the advertised price and if not to cancel my membership. These people do not care about their customers. I have contacted the BBB regarding this and have gone to the gym to cancel my membership. They refused to provide and documentation showing that I canceled. I was told by the manager that I could get a video tape of me arriving in the gym to cancel but she could not give me a receipt or email showing that I canceled. Females, watch who's around you .. Since the gym is always packed , there will always be creeps hidden in the crowds. Had an incident with an old man taking pictures of me and I informed the front desk and they could care less. Their attitude and reaction seemed as if this has happened countless of times. I gave them my number so the Manager could call me and investigate this situation, but as I assumed... No call, No email, No nothing.They simply brushed the situation to the side and forgot about it. Duplicate monthly fees sent to collections and Headphones stolen by staff!! On Tuesday,May 21st, I was speaking to the front desk about duplicate charges that I had been reporting since last year had now been sent to collections. Since August of last year, I had spoken to site and regional management about these charges. Spoke to Dejanae at the gym who referred me to Dennis (Regional VP Operations) who advised that it would be "rectified "by gym manager Ralph (I have the emails). 6 months later I receive a collections call. Now as I'm asking for help with this again I left my headphones (Studio Beats) on the front desk. I called the front desk and they confirmed that the headphones were there and I also spoke to trainer,Jacob, who advised he put a sticky note with my name on them and placed in drawer. I arrive at the gym following morning and the headphones are gone!! Front desk morning staff and Jacob confirmed they were there the day before. I've heard no follow up from management. You would think they might have reviewed camera footage or reached out by now but I'm starting to think they're hiding something or couldn't care less. recently got a membership but was unaware of how far the location was from my house so i call the next day to try and cancel because it states on their website i could get a full refund within the first three days. i was told they would put in a request and it should be in the process of being cancelled. two days later i see no signs of my membership getting cancelled so i call back and i speak with a different person who says there was no request put in but they'll go ahead and put one in. two days pass and i still don't see any progress so i call back, speak with a different person, and the same conversation happens. i call this morning to see if a request got put in and there's no signs of one. it's been a week of me trying to cancel this membership and at this point i don't think im getting my refund lol read more

I had an EOS membership for over a year, I made the decision to cancel my membership over half a year ago, and they continue to charge me even after I went in person twice. After the second time, they told me when my last day of membership was and that we were square. Come to find out, EOS is still charging me three months later, I just called them to ask what is the problem cause this is the 3rd time I catch them charging me. Now that they supposedly cancelled it again, and they won't waive the cancellation fees. read more

Carolyn, one of the staff does not represent EOS fitness well, as we are new members. The focus should be health, wellness, and positivity however she is not personable, lacks service quality, absolutely not kid friendly, and most importantly shortage of professional/ positive attitude. One of the managers, Andre, also confirmed this has not been the first time she's received complaints and negative feedback. She's mean. Constantly harassing my husband and 2yo which is enrolled in kids club. She does not provide a welcoming demeanor and always make simple transactions, problematic. For example, kids club time limit is 2 hrs- my husband would receive a call as he's walking down the steps 3 mins BEFORE the 2 hour mark. She constantly singles us out- checks our account to see if we have paid for the month for kids club. It has not been a good experience. EOS provides childcare which is the primary reason why we have a secondary membership. We also belong to Alphaland and do not receive this much trouble. EOS is closer to our home and makes it much convenient as they have kids club but honestly, we are thinking of canceling the membership because of Carolyn. We just want to come in, drop our kid off, and work out in peace. read more
