They push you for the full 45 minutes and make sure you're doing the workouts properly. You always come out with a great workout. It is a bit pricey but so worth it if you think long-term.

There are 15 minute classes - cycle, rowing, or elliptical style Hitt sessions which are all in individual saunas that host up to 3 persons each class. If you want a longer class that is more yoga themed, you can opt for classes such as a "hot yoga", "hot buns" or pilates - each 40 min (warmup and cool down included). They also have a small weight room section- dumbells , kettlebells, battle rope and bench to get an effective weight session in before or after your class. The location is always very clean, which is a MUST considering the rooms are 120 degrees - a LOT of sweat flies around this place! The trainers/coaches really pay attention to form and making sure you are getting the most out of your workout while staying safe.
