For almost $80 I pay for a locker, I am supposed to receive free laundry but practically I can't use this service because their laundry service destroyed one of my t-shirts and I was never compensated for it. 3. Their recovery room is closed for 1.5 hours (2:00-3:30) every business day which makes no sense. For the upscale club that this is supposed to be, the above issues should not exist.

In January, we signed up for a new thing VillaSport offered: a $212/month non-member swim lesson subscription. We are not members; these are just swim lessons for our child with a monthly payment of $212. But since then, our account has been hit with unauthorized charges beyond the subscription, totaling $636. A manager acknowledged the billing error and issued a refund, but then, VillaSport reversed those refunds. We are now right back where we started, after over a month of trying to recover these funds. When we spoke to the front desk, we were actually cautioned against filing a credit card dispute, as we were told the company "automatically disputes" them. After looking at some of the 1-star reviews, it appears this issue is not unique to me.

People around me saw the results and asked what I was doing... All I did was send them my referral link. ;) As long as you focus on yourself and goals ... it's not so bad! It can be intimidating at first and a lot to learn all the verbiage and the structure of the class. Just show up and keep going. All the coaches are great here! Don't feel bad for going at your own pace! I don't. ;) Love the perks of a membership! You can go to ANY location with no extra fees! There's only a few that will charge extra.

It was a group class, which is great for motivation and some comradery. Because I was new, the coach paid attention to me to ensure my form was right. There was a little pressure to join after the free class - but because I liked it so much, I joined. I like that the gym has different plans based on how many times a week you come. There's nothing as bad as paying for services you don't use. I'm a happy member and can't wait for my fitness to improve this year!

She was more concerned if I was going to continue with a regular membership or only use the Groupon for 3 classes. Her demeanor was cold, condescending and indifferent, and she made me feel uncomfortable. I was trying to be inviting and light hearted, but her responses were sterile and demeaning. At the end of class she asked for payment and stated, in a "Holier-than-thou" manner, that she had never used Groupon before. I have never before felt so humiliated by someone who works in the service industry. I am Puerto Rican woman and she exhibited every trait of a racist individual. If you are a "Non-White", I would advise you stay away from here.
