The most frustrating part of canceling my membership was how every time I went in, I was told, "Oh, you also need to do this," again and again--completely exhausting. Terry, the general manager, was incredibly kind--even when I was frustrated and impatient--always professional, patient, and consistent. Because of Terry's helpfulness and understanding during this confusing process, I'm increasing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. His genuine assistance has made all the difference in what otherwise felt like an overwhelming experience.

Some 20-something presented himself as the manager and said that he would only sell me a membership for $560.00 per year with auto-renewal and bank draft. I tried to explain his failed math to him and he smugly said to me "Take it or leave it." I asked for the General Manager's name and contact info and he told me to go find it myself. I told him that I would find the owner and let him know what kind of people he hired. The punk retorted "Good luck with that." What a stupid person. I sent the advertisement to the Texas Attorney General for a Deceptive Trade Practices Act complaint. Hopefully this ridiculous gym will be fined and/or prosecuted out of existence. Don't waste one second of your life at this rude, moron-filled, dump.
