This is my second time going to a lifetime. The first was at Greenway and I was extremely impressed. The feeling there is different here. You don't get the high ceilings to make this place look huge. I've also only came at night so maybe it's different during day time. Dumbells don't go above 130lbs. If you're here just to lift weights, you membership will be considered expensive. If you book the numerous classes they offer daily, use their amenities like the pickleball, pool and lounging area then it's worth it. There's different tiers of lifetime though and not all memberships are equal. I wish it was open 24/7.

The staff in the front is great! They are friendly and don't speak very much to you. I had one full encounter with one front desk chick. She questioned me about getting a picture, but immediately didn't continue to approach me since she knew that I got my membership out of state. I want very minimal face to face interaction with anyone while I am exercising so that I can be locked in. Now, some of the treadmills are busted. There are two on the floor that has holes under the belts. There is one where the front plate (where you put your phone) is completely missing. There is one treadmill that is so broken that it immediately stopped on me while I incline walking at 4.5 mph. That was dangerous. I told the front desk staff and he assessed it. I have issues with some of the treadmills, but not all of them are like that, just a few. The rest of the machines are good. The gym is clean and there are several clearly marked TV channels below the TVs. I've been in the mornings and it usually packed with older adults. In the evenings after 5:00 PM, it is packed with young adults/teenagers. The teenagers can be very loud and rowdy. When I come at early mornings, there is still people there. I enjoy coming to this location. Parking lot is huge too.

The driveway in the parking lot is not very wide and people tend to want to park in the middle of road for some reason. Front desk guy looked confused and called the manager and told me that I had to take the full tour and go over pricing before they would let me walk through - or I could buy a day pass to do so. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what the gym offered. In fact, many of the ambassadors that I did spoke to over the phone has been informative and very friendly. They do not rush for you to sign up for a membership. In fact, you can sign up as member and do a trial seven day and cancel anytime. You can also become a member and cancel anytime with a 30 days notice. There are so many options, if plans change and need to remove members from your account or add. Group classes for various of times throughout the day and trained lifeguards for the pool areas. it appears to be safe within the facilities. This is a convenient day spa to unwind and relax.
