Mike's gym was producing large amounts of men and women for body building and fitness completions. Not to mention taking the over weight and out-a-shape regular folks like myself and making us ready for swimsuit season again. I became amazed that it was people of all ages and body types that walked thru the door and were just looking to improve themselves. I bought 12 / 1 hour sessions With one of the trainers and Mike made me personalized meal plan. After 3 weeks we took measurements and body fat %. I was excited that I was quickly moving in the right direction so I got a new meal plan and now I'm feeling better and my wife is checking me out more and more. I really can't speak highly enough about this place. The good attitude from his staff and the quality of the training greatly surpasses the price.

There is so much equipment, you can work out a different part of your body every day in different ways. The staff are really cool. And they are there for you 24 hours a day seven days a week. The most important thing about this place is to remember why you are there and then, just show up. If you keep putting in consistent effort - you'll see results. It can get hot in here during the summer months. Make sure to either bring proper hydration or you can buy a bottle / jug at the front desk.

I ask him if he could help me. He said yes I can. I don't have to use my walker anymore. Micheal has helped me get so much stronger. I normally dislike going to the gym, this place makes me want to come in and work out. Everyone is super friendly, motivated & helpful. The atmosphere is totally chill and feels like a second home- where made gains can be made!! Their equipment is super nice. My favorite part is the turf area which allows for H.I.T training, jumping rope, etc. and it's low impact so I don't have to worry about injuries or high impact on my knees/ ankles. If you're looking for a gym this is the place!!
