She told the staff member (Michael Rodgers) that she has never tanned in a bed before and she has very fair skin with little knowledge about the beds. His response was "We will start you in a stand up bed at 9 minutes okay?" She obviously ended up SEVERELY burned and we had to call the manager on her behalf. Kristen (manager for both conroe locations) was very rude and implied her staff is well trained and knows to start with lay down beds for a few minutes. Obviously this is not the case. She then told us that it must have been poor knowledge on my friend's part. EXTREMELY unprofessional. She did not even assure that she would check the cameras to see what happened. Based on this knowledge I will never attend planet fitness nor will I recommend anyone else to.

There are people of all ages and body types. Everyone is friendly and you get a great vibe there. The gym is open 24/7 and the owner, AO, is almost always there. He is the nicest guy! He showed me how to use some of the equipment without making me feel stupid for not knowing how to use it. I love that there's no contract and you can go month to month.
