Careca and Jeff were very instrumental in me understanding the gym and how I can maximize my membership. They always greet me when I see them and are open to answering any questions that I may have. Jeff also did my fitness analysis and helped me learn about myself on a musculoskeletal level and gave me recommendations on how I can strengthen and tone my body and letting me know what exercises would be best for me while on my fitness journey. I was so inspired that I decided to get a personal trainer. Careca suggested Jordan. Having Jordan as my personal trainer is by far the best decision that I have ever made, fitness wise. He holds me accountable and he encourages me to test my physical limits. Even on the days that he is not training me, if he sees me in the gym, he will ask me what type of routine I am completing on that day and if I am trying something new, he will ask me how comfortable or confident I am during that session. I could not have asked for a better trainer! In the Kids' Club staff is so fantastic! My kids look forward to coming to the gym with me because of how kind and caring Keren, Jamal, Kyndall, and Laina are! The kids always come out with some type of arts and crafts creation and there are toys and games that the kids play with in the open space to keep them active! Some other highlights are the sauna and the recovery room. This location also has an assisted stretching section. I plan on trying it one day. And it is a 24-hour gym! The building is always clean and smells great despite being a gym where everyone is sweating. We've had some financial hiccups (covid2020) and they were happy to pause our account without charging!! Whether you're a newbie in the gym, getting back into it, or an athlete, they've got facilities and equipment for you. The owners do a great job of making sure they have the latest and greatest AND all the classic pieces you need. The layout is a bit strange compared to other Planet Fitnesses. The dumb bells are at the front of the gym. Just "feels" a bit strange, but no real issues here. This is a high ceiling with very bright lighting which is really nice. Only concerns are the parking lot is a bit dark for the 4AM club. I have not seen any strange activity, but would like more lighting for safety. Also, trash cans in the club are limited or just spaced out really strange. They don't seem to be in convenient locations for all of the equipment. All in all, this is a good location and we will continue to use. Thanks PF!

Otherwise this is a newer location with decent equipment, though there is some waiting for machines while people take long phone breaks. This is not the first location with hot water and handicap shower size issues. In my travels across the USA, these issues are not uncommon. Rarely do we see managers to speak with, as suggested last time I Yelped about a location. The Planet Fitness app no longer provides a feedback option, so Yelp it is!
