Our instructor Starr was the best. I've always refrained from pilates reformer classes due to past experiences being unpleasant or feeling judged as I'm a beginner, I only do mat work outs like Barre or hot yoga. She teaches us with an inviting, welcoming approach which made me feel comfortable as a learner. Additionally, I appreciated her hands on feedback and adjustments. Her playlist was immaculate and motivating, she had Future playing and Drake. It was a good way to motivate during a 9am class on Friday, especially after being hungover lol. Check this new location out!! Book with Starr, she's one of a kind! Plus - they have a med spa in the making, red light therapy, saunas, cryotherapy, a fully equipped gym, cycling classes, yoga, and way more that I've probably missed. I usually go around 5-7pm, and it does get busy but never looks packed. I also never have trouble finding parking as it's a three story garage. It's a small parking garage and there's elevators. For the standard membership, all of these classes (cycling, cs4, boxing, yoga, reformer) are all included. You do have to pay extra for the red light therapy, hydro massage, and cryotherapy. They provide clean towels, filtered water, and yoga mats for yoga classes. There's big lockers inside the locker rooms with Dyson hair dryers and smaller lockers upstairs where the classes are. Being in this environment also makes you feel good and motivated me to come at least once or twice a week minimum. Also, they have a strict late policy for the classes. There is zero grace period so get there early and on time or you'll get charged a late fee.

I also love how the week alternates between strength and cardio days. I used to genuinely hate cardio (like avoid-it-at-all-costs hate) and now it's more of a love-hate thing. I hate it the entire time I'm doing it and then love how I feel for the rest of the day! The variety has also kept me from getting bored or plateauing. I started at BFT West U looking for a new style of workout and to re-ignite my love of fitness. After three years, it never gets easier, but it helps me to stay in the best shape I can by going three times a week and supplementing the workouts by walking one hour a day 5-7 days a week to get my 10,000 plus steps in a day. All the coaches I have been coached by (past and present) are great, including (currently), Dez, Jassmine, Michael, Brian, and Nate. The coaches and the clients become family, and, we have LOTS of laughs while working to get a personal best. (or two or three).

As someone who has taken Pilates for almost a year now, I didn't feel like the introductory class was necessary for me. I would've rather have taken a class as a drop in, but that is unfortunately not an option. They only offer class packs, and they tell you the prices in person. There aren't any prices online which makes it difficult as someone trying to weigh their options. I personally will not be getting a membership, but if you are new to Pilates this seems like a great place to start out.

After the class, the manager chatted with us about our experience and I decided to sign up for a full one hour session. That class was a bit difficult but nothing I couldn't handle. I also enjoyed the instructor. She knew how to balance newbies with semi seasoned OG's. I would love to continue at Club Pilates because this studio has such a welcoming atmosphere and the instructors are great but I pay for one too many fitness courses as is.

I've been with EOS since they opened their Meyerland location and I'm still going there once a…read moreweek. Parking at Meyerland is horrible and equipment waiting times are not desirable. I was going to cancel my membership but then the Webster location opened. The gym is also very busy and parking is ok. Just have to be patient and find it. Yesterday I went to EOS San Felipe and was completely let down by it. First, parking took a while to find. I hope they have adequate parking or it will be a huge mess. Well, I walked in not knowing it required a higher membership than the $35 I pay now. I told the young guy to let me work in this day and I would think about upgrading my membership because I've been to Other locations, Allen Parkway, etc. I was told I would have to buy a day pass. I'm ok with that because I understand policy. What really upset me was that I needed to use bathroom and I was told no. I would have to purchase a day pass. I had to drive to Meyerland to use the urinal. This is what I call poor customer service and a poor marketing. Perhaps better service would push me to upgrade. Now, there's a high chance the gym chain will lose 2 clients. Chain cons: Poor parking, overcowded, constant sell of $12 memberships. Pros: newer equipment. Polite front desk. Cleanliness.

Staff was very nice and friendly, there was a great sense of camaraderie and the workouts themselves always left my entire body feeling on fire in the best way possible. I only got to spend a couple months here before moving, but this gym truly changed my life and the way I approached and prioritized fitness and working out. I had never done HIIT or circuit style workouts before, so I always viewed exercise as a chore and just having to lift heavy weights, which never appealed to me. Short bursts of fun, functional, and a wide variety of movements was really game changing for me, and I have F45 to thank for that! It is expensive, most of these studio types (Orange, Cyclebar, CrossFit etc) are, but this is worth every cent!
