The coaches are encouraging and give instructive feedback. EZ and AD are great and have lots of energy. They definitely have a good community aspect to it compared to some other locations I've been to. I recommend trying if you want a good workout! Staff was very nice and friendly, there was a great sense of camaraderie and the workouts themselves always left my entire body feeling on fire in the best way possible. I only got to spend a couple months here before moving, but this gym truly changed my life and the way I approached and prioritized fitness and working out. I had never done HIIT or circuit style workouts before, so I always viewed exercise as a chore and just having to lift heavy weights, which never appealed to me. Short bursts of fun, functional, and a wide variety of movements was really game changing for me, and I have F45 to thank for that! It is expensive, most of these studio types (Orange, Cyclebar, CrossFit etc) are, but this is worth every cent!

I really appreciated how the trainers helped push me to challenge myself in a healthy and productive manner. I always get in control of my workout and that is super important to me. If you haven't tried this location, I highly recommend it! F45 is awesome (love the variety of workouts and the community feel) but the right staff and the right atmosphere makes it that much better! Also, there are COVID protocols in place to keep everyone safe. Extra time has been built into each workout to allow time to sanitize and wipe down the equipment before moving on to the next station. Everyone must take their own sanitizing spray bottle and towels to use throughout the workout. All the bottles are sanitized after each workout for the next group to use.

I once came in one day with a sore shoulder from overuse and the light shoulder exercises Brice had me do helped my recovery significantly. I was 90% recovered by the next day! It's only been a month of training with Brice, and I already feel better about my body and even my posture. Did I mention how nice the gym is? Brice recently moved to a new gym and it is spacious with brand new equipment. All his clients are friendly people too! Give Brice a try for meeting your workout goals, I'm confident he won't disappoint.

He knows what he is doing, pays attention, and genuinely wants the best for his clients. THE CORE gym is clean and has plenty of parking. When the previous gym shut abruptly, Brice had us up and running in the current gym basically overnight. Amazing. He prices his services to motivate you to go 3x a week. That may sound like a lot but it creates a routine. And that's GOOD. He pushes you in a "you can do this" way but is realistic if the weight is just too much. Brice balances the sessions so that your whole body gets a workout over the week. And he is big on stretching. He works hard to plan productive sessions where your time is valued. Not much on chitchat and no "lollygagging". Heather covers on certain days of the week; she is knowledgeable as well with a dry sense of humor. I highly recommend giving them a try. Your first workout is complimentary, I think, so really what do you have to lose? Just do it. It's time.

Rectify gives you all you need for a great crossfit experience. At the front area, you'll see an area for free weights, medicine balls, power bands and other equipment along the wall. Towards the back, you'll have a warehouse that have your common crossfit equipment like workout tires, sledge hammers pull up stations, jump boxes and much more. Rectify is not like your other grungy workout gyms, but shares with you a quality facility. The true gem about this place is Dr. Anthony himself. His philosophy is a simple one. As a Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer, he is passionate about correct technique and overall condition of his patients/clients. Dr. Anthony wants to incorporate correct technique, high intensity exercises and qualitative workouts for each individual client. Makes total sense. Where else would you get that? Because of the crossfit boom over the past 10 years, many people are not qualified to train clients and people who jump right in would probably get hurt. I'm sure you either have had an injury, or know someone who has been injured doing crossfit activities. Dr. Anthony put me through a quick 30 minute workout that had me gasping for air. He pushes you to maximize every targeted muscle. I was highly impressed of how efficient the workout was compared to my normal ones. If you want to get your ass kicked from a fanastic crossfit workout, this is the place for you. No cry babies. I had been struggling to find an inexpensive, yet high quality gym that had a good variety of classes to fit my schedule. This location pretty much has classes all day long, I love it! So far I've attended Bodypump and cycling, and I highly endorse both. Something else I love is that they have Les Mills on-demand for the group fitness classes which means you can take a virtual on-demand class anytime there isn't a live class going on. They leave the rooms and equipment open so the possibilities are endless. FYI, the cycling bikes are compatible with SPD cleats.

Here's a more constructive review that clearly explains the problem while offering practical…read moresolutions: Five of the six lap lanes are reserved every weekday from 5:00-7:30 PM for private coaching and swim lessons. That leaves just one lane for every other member who wants to lap swim during the busiest time of the day. It's common to see 10-12 people waiting to share a single lane. In reality, there are effectively no lanes consistently available for general member lap swim during peak evening hours. Members pay for access to the facility too, and the current scheduling heavily favors revenue-generating programs over general member use. This is a solvable problem. A few policy changes could dramatically improve the experience for everyone: * Guarantee at least three of the six lanes remain open for member lap swim at all times, even during lessons. * Use a visible queue board or sign-up system so swimmers know their place in line and don't have to stand around wondering who's next. * Implement a 30-minute time limit during peak hours when others are waiting. * Require circle swimming whenever three or more people are sharing a lane. * Stagger lesson schedules so not all reserved lanes are occupied simultaneously. * Publish a weekly lane availability schedule online and at the pool entrance so members can plan ahead. * Review utilization data to ensure reserved lanes are actually being used. Empty reserved lanes while members wait should never happen. * Survey members and adjust programming based on actual demand rather than assuming current allocation is appropriate. The facility should strive to balance private instruction with the needs of all paying members. Right now, that balance is missing, and the evening lap swim experience has become extremely frustrating.

Parking - When I arrived, I noted they only have 2 designated parking spots for the business in their teeny- tiny lot out in front. The other spots are designated for the other business connected to theirs. I had parked right up front, but someone that was walking in told me I couldn't park there. So I moved to the next lot over. I think it's a seafood business, luckily it was closed. But if the other surrounding businesses are open, towing is possible. Anyway, once I parked, I headed inside, there's a cute mural upon entry, and a set of stairs. Upstairs is their gym space. I was greeted by the husband and wife duo of the studio were friendly and kind. This private class was $25 per person. Work out - I liked that it was a mix of the trampoline workout (which was hard, think running at top speed on a trapoline), and the pilates reformer, which is also hard. But she had a great playlist. Claire, the instructor and owner, gave good instruction and help for the beginners but amped it up for those used to pilates. She also informed us that they have lots of different class styles and use other pieces of equipment besides the trampoline. They are on class pass, so I shall return during off peak times. Besides the strange parking setup, the studio was spacious and nicely organized, with new equipment and a good class.
