The trainers and the people that come here are just so encouraging and have always shown me that they truly care about each and every individual's personal goals and work with each body type. I've never felt like I couldn't come in a little earlier or stay a little later and just ask questions and get help and advice on reaching my own fitness and health goals. F45 makes me feel like I am a part of a community. Overall this location, I may sound bias, is THE best! I have friends and co-workers who are members of the other F45 locations in the Houston area and a part of other types of gym classes who have left their gym to come to the West U F45 location! So it isn't just about the program and the equipment either, It's truly the people and the community that can make a huge impact on whether or not you can achieve your fitness goals and get the results you want to look and just FEEL good about yourself!

The coaches are encouraging and give instructive feedback. EZ and AD are great and have lots of energy. I do wish they had more class time options are sometimes the times are not conducive with my schedule but I make it work! They definitely have a good community aspect to it compared to some other locations I've been to. I recommend trying if you want a good workout! And try more than one class bc not all classes are the same.

It is a great, supportive community, welcoming returning members and newbies alike. The trainers are encouraging and help you work to your fullest potential. If an exercise is challenging due to an injury or other limitation, they can offer modifications. The owner Eric sets the tone at the gym and leads his team by example. He is in the gym and leads classes daily. Sometimes he even takes them as a participant, which is fun. Regardless of your fitness level, the classes will challenge you, and you won't find a better group of people.

I really appreciated how the trainers helped push me to challenge myself in a healthy and productive manner. I always get in control of my workout and that is super important to me. If you haven't tried this location, I highly recommend it! F45 is awesome (love the variety of workouts and the community feel) but the right staff and the right atmosphere makes it that much better! Also, there are COVID protocols in place to keep everyone safe. Extra time has been built into each workout to allow time to sanitize and wipe down the equipment before moving on to the next station. Everyone must take their own sanitizing spray bottle and towels to use throughout the workout. All the bottles are sanitized after each workout for the next group to use.

I once came in one day with a sore shoulder from overuse and the light shoulder exercises Brice had me do helped my recovery significantly. I was 90% recovered by the next day! Ihas helped me learn proper form and actively made sure I maintained good form throughout my exercises. It's only been a month of training with Brice, and I already feel better about my body and even my posture. Did I mention how nice the gym is? He knows what he is doing, pays attention, and genuinely wants the best for his clients. THE CORE gym is clean and has plenty of parking. When the previous gym shut abruptly, Brice had us up and running in the current gym basically overnight. Amazing. He prices his services to motivate you to go 3x a week. That may sound like a lot but it creates a routine. And that's GOOD. He pushes you in a "you can do this" way but is realistic if the weight is just too much. Brice balances the sessions so that your whole body gets a workout over the week. And he is big on stretching. He works hard to plan productive sessions where your time is valued. Not much on chitchat and no "lollygagging". Heather covers on certain days of the week; she is knowledgeable as well with a dry sense of humor. I highly recommend giving them a try. Your first workout is complimentary, I think, so really what do you have to lose? Just do it. It's time.

Rectify gives you all you need for a great crossfit experience. At the front area, you'll see an area for free weights, medicine balls, power bands and other equipment along the wall. Towards the back, you'll have a warehouse that have your common crossfit equipment like workout tires, sledge hammers pull up stations, jump boxes and much more. Rectify is not like your other grungy workout gyms, but shares with you a quality facility. The true gem about this place is Dr. Anthony himself. His philosophy is a simple one. As a Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer, he is passionate about correct technique and overall condition of his patients/clients. Dr. Anthony wants to incorporate correct technique, high intensity exercises and qualitative workouts for each individual client. Makes total sense. Where else would you get that? Because of the crossfit boom over the past 10 years, many people are not qualified to train clients and people who jump right in would probably get hurt. I'm sure you either have had an injury, or know someone who has been injured doing crossfit activities. Dr. Anthony put me through a quick 30 minute workout that had me gasping for air. He pushes you to maximize every targeted muscle. I was highly impressed of how efficient the workout was compared to my normal ones. If you want to get your ass kicked from a fanastic crossfit workout, this is the place for you. No cry babies. I liked the idea of having a community atmosphere but was worried about whether that community would be supportive or cult like lol. I am proud to say I go to CrossFit weekly now and I love it! Everyone here is so down to earth and supportive. I'm definitely not on the same level as other members but not once was I made to feel inadequate or a nuisance for needing modifications. I'd highly recommend you at least try it out. Being in a group setting with a common goal definitely motivates you! I can be the biggest so if I can do it, anyone can.
