He knows what he is doing, pays attention, and genuinely wants the best for his clients. THE CORE gym is clean and has plenty of parking. When the previous gym shut abruptly, Brice had us up and running in the current gym basically overnight. Amazing. He prices his services to motivate you to go 3x a week. That may sound like a lot but it creates a routine. And that's GOOD. He pushes you in a "you can do this" way but is realistic if the weight is just too much. Brice balances the sessions so that your whole body gets a workout over the week. And he is big on stretching. He works hard to plan productive sessions where your time is valued. Not much on chitchat and no "lollygagging". Heather covers on certain days of the week; she is knowledgeable as well with a dry sense of humor. I highly recommend giving them a try. Your first workout is complimentary, I think, so really what do you have to lose? Just do it. It's time.

They do not cut corners in making sure you are safe, in making sure you quickly become a community member, and that you have workouts that fit your goals. Especially because I have a bad back, and was just looking for a reverse hyper machine when I found this gym. From young professionals to the senior "legends" classes they offer, there's a community here for everyone. The owner Josh is an Aggie AND a Marine. He took his time to teach me proper form and technique when I just happened to wander in one day. Not knowing anything about me, he treated me with respect and as family from day one. I think one of the things I didn't realize about crossfit is the community aspect of it. In theory it makes sense but you never really understand it until you do it. There's a bit of magic that occurs when you have team mates working towards a common goal, led by a professionals who have our best interests at heart. Some of the workouts done here will be core memories of mine in my fitness journey and in life in general. It was a great experience and I'm glad I gave it a try when Josh offered it. I am a healthcare provider that is actively taking care of COVID positive patients and have requested a cancelation of my membership given that I cannot workout with a mask on and the risk of spreading a respiratory disease is very likely. I do not want to take away from the safety of the other patrons at the gym and requested a cancellation of the 6 months prepaid membership I had paid. Instead, the response I got back from management was that they could push my membership back to Dec 2022. However, there is no telling when an effective vaccine will come. I am trying to protect the other members that come to the gym and not put them at greater risk. I wanted to make sure that the other people coming to the gym understand that I am trying to minimize the risk to others but ownership is not letting me do so.

I'm sure it was more than obvious that it was my first time trying out Pilates , but Wayne was quick to assist, give directions and correct my form when needed. I do a lot of HIIT workouts which is the complete opposite of Pilates, so I was definitely out of my comfort zone while in this class, though I felt at ease the entire time, thanks Wayne! The other spots are designated for the other business connected to theirs. I had parked right up front, but someone that was walking in told me I couldn't park there. So I moved to the next lot over. I think it's a seafood business, luckily it was closed. But if the other surrounding businesses are open, towing is possible. Anyway, once I parked, I headed inside, there's a cute mural upon entry, and a set of stairs. Upstairs is their gym space. I was greeted by the husband and wife duo of the studio were friendly and kind. This private class was $25 per person. Work out - I liked that it was a mix of the trampoline workout (which was hard, think running at top speed on a trapoline), and the pilates reformer, which is also hard. But she had a great playlist. Claire, the instructor and owner, gave good instruction and help for the beginners but amped it up for those used to pilates. She also informed us that they have lots of different class styles and use other pieces of equipment besides the trampoline. They are on class pass, so I shall return during off peak times. Besides the strange parking setup, the studio was spacious and nicely organized, with new equipment and a good class.

Worth area) in 2020. Watching her transform mentally & physically I was curious on what she was doing. Over several weeks of grilling her I decided to be brave & signed up for a class that is offered by my house & I am hooked. I am so glad I started training with Brandon as I was getting worried about my bone strength & having these horrible visions of having impaired mobility as I get older. At the camp, you go at your own pace & it is really exciting when you see/feel the milestones & improvements in your journey. After 3 months I am stronger, more flexible, faster & mentally I feel so freakin' good. Brandon will give modifications per exercise & is very hands on as he walks around to correct your form or to give you a shout out. His enthusiasm for what he does shows, he is truly vested in your journey. Did I mention he is the best trainer I've had? Ever? As mentioned above, every "camp" is different. Camp Gladiator is a four week outdoor group fitness program. The workouts cycle per week & builds on the previous week's training.
