Bison is a great choice to shop motorcycles and get excellent service post-purchase. It is very…read moreaccessible off the County 36 exit from 101 freeway north of Rogers. The showroom with a great variety of models is well-lighted to provide excellent view of bikes with plenty of room to throw a leg over a saddle. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accessible without "hovering" to make a sale. Service staff are also friendly and available to answer questions and assist as needed. If you're looking for a new ride, check out Bison Thunder.

St Paul location…read more First customer in the door and bought a brand new Indian scout that I Loved for the three weeks I had before everything went wrong. Let me back up, the sales guy Dan is a super nice guy did a great job doing his part. Finance was absolutely terrible, I was lead to believe it'd be a fairly easy process to sign out once I was approved but it took 6 hours! They had to have the guys in St Michael do it. I felt that 0 priority was given to my deal. After which once the paperwork was printed up I had to show the finance guy where I sign and he signs (I work in car sales) driving off the lot I thought the issues were behind me but I was wrong. I loved riding the bike for about 2 2 1/2 weeks until the fork was leaking. I figured no big deal seal replacement covered by warranty. Bison had to send my bike back to St Michael to be fixed where it continues to sit two weeks later. They are feeding me some bullshit about Polaris dragging their feet about sending the part. This is absolute garbage 0 customer service whatsoever. I am livid. I hope Dan finds somewhere to work that deserves his talents.

The company appears to have a good reputation for quality ATV parts. I ordered their Bling Kit…read more(billet covers for the throttle, brake reservoir, and gas cap) as well as a billet oil plug and rear "grab bar" bumper. When the package arrived, it was missing the bling kit and the fasteners for the rear bumper. I called that day (Thursday) and outlined the issues. I was asked to provide photos of the items I received, as well as photos of the packaging. The customer service person told me that since one of the missing items was "expensive" she would have to check with her supervisor on Monday to "determine". I had texted the CS person the photos, so on Monday, I asked for the status of the missing parts - no answer. I called as well and was told that they were very busy and that they were sure that the issue was being resolved. Called again on Tuesday - same CS person as Thursday. She had no recollection of the issue from the previous Thursday. She then said that she had sent "it" over to the shipping team, but that they hadn't shipped it yet. I will revise my review appropriately after the missing parts arrive. UPDATE: Missing parts arrived as promised. All installed and looking great! TY to Quad Logic for their speedy actions to get my missing parts to me.

I really wanted to like their product and company…read more I would have given a 1 star but they have quick shipping, but pray you don't need support or customer service because that is where the 1 star comes in. I ordered a tool from them that was in my opinion defective, we made it work to get by because we were strapped for time. I requested that they replace it and they asked for photos, which I sent, then they ghosted me. After several attempts they only responded after I said I would take additional actions. They then requested additional photos, which I sent again. They simply offered me small $15 credit vs replacing the tool that cost more than $15. Poor Customer Service! So if you want cheap parts, poorly built tools with no solid customer support then they are your company. If you want quality parts/tools and good customer service look for a different company.
