I ordered a helmet shield for a snowmobile helmet, I received the shield and went to install it comes to find out its the wrong shield, the packaging had the correct part #'s for my order,but the shield inside was the a different part #, I contacted Bob's cycle by phone and explained my situation , they asked me to text a few pictures of the item and the packaging , within a day the correct shield was on its way and a shipping label to return the other shield was emailed , so if you need supply's or parts I STRONGLY recommend Bob's cycle supply read more

Horrible service!!! I've been a 'Bob's Cycle Supply' customer for almost 40 years (back when they were located on Dale street) - I stopped in today (6/30) about 9:30am - two employees behind the counter talking to each other completely ignoring me as a customer (I was the only one in the store). On the 'clearance rack' there were a few white Fox baseball hats (my main reason for stopping) but they were dirty - literally had dirt/dust on them. I brought it up to the counter and asked if they had any 'new' (clean) ones - she said no. I asked what the clearance price was (as they were on the clearance rack) the tag said $27.95 - the girl said $27.95 - I said that's the retail price - since you only have dirty ones - what's the discount? She said none. I asked why they were on the clearance rack ... she said she could try and clean it??? I said no - I either want a new (clean) if I'm going to pay full retail - or a discount because they're dirty (and on the clearance rack). Nope again. I put the hat back on the (clearance) rack - and walked out of the store. I called letter that same evening (7:18pm) and asked for the name of the owner so I could contact them. Nope again - would not give their name or contact info. I asked for them to take my name and number and have one of them call me - nope again - I would need to call between 9-5pm. As I sat in my car in the parking lot I jumped on the Rocky Mountain ATV site - ordered the same hat (new and I'm assuming clean) for the same $27.95 Bob's was trying to charge me for a dirty one on the clearance rack read more

Poor service. Their policy for waiting to know if a package is lost is ridiculous. You have to wait weeks before they will do anything to help you. This is not the first time we have experienced issues like this from them. I would not recommend purchasing product from them if you actually need the item. read more

Bought a helmet for my grandson. It was a full face he did not like it. Was told that I bought it I could return it if I needed to. After speaking with the girl at the front counter I was told I would have to talk to the manager. Manager was rude, and needed to be taught some manners and customer service at the very least. Sorry I had to give him one star. I would never buy anything there again. read more

Finally a spot that cares for customers! (see previous review of The Hitching Post Hopkins - DONT GO THERE!). This store is the Disneyland for motorcycle / snowmobile enthusiasts. They have what appears to be every single model and color of anything you could ever want. Helmets, gloves, apparel, gear, you name it, they probably have it and if not they will help you order it. I've dropped by about 4 times during the past month and every time I come out with a hefty tab. Only reason why they did not get 5 stars is because they did not go above and beyond to try to help me get luggage bags for my motorcycle. I was told to do my research and then come back when I had an idea of what I wanted / needed because there are so many options.... hmmm... I don't want to do the thinking! I want to come in like a spoiled brat and tell you what I need and you do the heavy lifting for me! That's why I come in and pay you people for! Meh, I guess us lazy city people that don't know how to fix / install stuff will need to start fending off on our own. First world problems.... read more

Ordered online and this could not have been a better experience! Needed a pair of motorcycle boots for gf, Revzilla was out of the size but we found it at Bob's. Always a gamble to order because you never know if a seller will deliver but Bob's erased all doubts. Best price on the web, fast free shipping and product arrived in PERFECT condition. As a new motorcyclist, I first stopped by to get the cheapest full face helmet that met DOT and Snell standards. They were very understanding when I explained that need, and had the same helmet I was looking at a big retailer online - at a slightly cheaper price! After explaining the fit, and giving me plenty of time to wear the helmet to make sure it was comfortable, I bought it. I was so impressed I stopped by the next day to buy a protective jacket and gloves. Again, the prices were comparable to big online retailers, but I had the advantage of staff helping me with sizing and fit. They event had some large tall and extralarge talls in stock and I was able to try both. I'll be going back again. read more

I've bought a lot of things over the years at Bob's. In the last year I've spent $120 on a tank bag, $200 on a helmet, $230 on a jacket, over $180 worth of oil, gaskets, brake pads, etc. and brought a friend of mine in before Christmas who bought a helmet, jacket and gloves. Yes, just this year. The guys at the parts counter are great but twice I've gone in and had poor customer service fromt he manager within 10- 20 minutes of them closing. I work two jobs. I often have a limited window of time to get there. Last night I just stopped in to pick up a helmet I ordered that had come in. The door was locked by 10 minutes to 9pm. I knocked on the door and had a guy sitting on the counter looking at me deciding whether to let me in. The manager had closed out the register. The assistent unlocked the door and asked what I wanted. I said just a pick up. I was out the door by 8:55pm on their clock above the register. Thanks for doing me a favor and letting me in before you're "closed." Why deal with grumpy attitudes when I can go to Moto Primo, or several other stores, even mail order like Dennis Kirk? I'm never going back or referring business again. read more

The sales clerk Mary was very helpful getting multiple sizes (all in stock) until we had the correctly equipment (boots, neck brace, roost protection, outer wear). You will not find better prices and service. I'm a new rider, but an experienced on-line shopper. After a good deal of research, I was drawn to bobscycle.com by its prices. Good prices often come at the expense of poor service, but the service at Bob's was fantastic. I spent almost an hour on the phone with Ryan, who patiently answered many questions. I placed a large order -- helmet, jacket and gloves -- on a Monday afternoon and despite living on the east coast and electing the free standard shipping, I received everything by Friday morning. Several times during the week, I was contacted by Scott with updates on the status of my order. It was an exceptional on-line experience. I won't look anywhere else for gear. I ordered a chamois from this company. Then after 12 days I called to find out where it might be, they informed me that they wouldn't have any till the next year. They charged me for it but failed to notify me that I wouldn't be receiving anything this year. Poor customer service is my experience here. read more
