I ordered 4 shirts on 08/23/17 and was told the shirts would be ready for pick up on 09/01/2017…read more During the order process, Dan had me work with an associate to choose everything from text, size, color, font, capitalization, spacing, etc. The process took about an hour long. When I arrived to pick up my shirts, the store had not started the order. Dan said that he would do the shirts and drop them off at my house as they were needed for an event that weekend. Dan texted me an image of the finished product he dropped off at my home. The product was not what was ordered. The text, font, size, layout, and color was incorrect. I reached out to Dan several times via Text, Email, Phone, and Facebook, all attempts went ignored. I then tried calling from an unfamiliar number which was answered immediately. I explained to Dan that the shirts that were delivered did not match what was orderd to which he responded " I know, I couldn't find your order". The experience was horrible. Customer service was awful. I would NOT recommend this company.

After several phone calls and several more emails, I finally received a call back on 8/23 asking if I wanted the jackets screen printed on or what? (obviously they hadn't even started to embroider my jackets yet!) I asked for my blank jackets so I could have someone else embroider them and I would pay for the blank jackets. While at the new place we realized the jackets were ordered all in ladies cut not the men's cut I needed. This company has since given me the blame game and the 180 degree run around with nothing to show. I am sorely disappointed in the company and how they treat a customer when they made many wrong moves. Not once did I receive an apology saying what happened and what can they do to make this right... I am a strong advocate of supporting small business owners in our community so this saddens me that I will not be sending my friends, family or my own apparel needs to Lakes again.
