I wore them walking when I got home and I had the wrong socks on. They were uncomfortable. Today I had my Feetures socks on and did the 5K and it was better. With 20% off and being marked down, they still were $95.00. Oh well, YOLO.

The Yeti section in particular is very impressive! They've usually got employees by the entrances and exits so greet you and ask if there's anything they can assist with which is a nice touch. I feel like they offer a little retry good value with some decent discounts that run throughout various times of the year. If you're not a name brand person their DSG brand has some pretty good options for a low cost as well!

Mostly sports gear and equipment. Upstairs was shoes, clothes and various accessories. We did browse some clothes. For sure on the spendy side but they had some cute stuff. When we got to the shoe dept it was a bit busy but they have a system where you scan the barcode of the display shoe you want to try on and you put what sizes you want to try as well as what color you are wearing so they can find you. It was a decent system, only waited 2-3 minutes after requesting my size. The checkout process was a bit slow as they only had one cashier by the mall entrance door (hopefully they had other checkout areas). The cashier was nice & kept things moving. Overall I felt like the store was organized and I liked colorful displays of each brand. Worth checking out even if you aren't into sports.

I saw some cute Bondi 9's. I researched Hoka website and they are a neutral shoe, but will work for overpronation, which my friend says I have. They were comfortable walking in the shoe dept. I also needed a new cover for my thrift store Stanley. I did score 20% off. What bothers me is they say they have a military discount but supposedly this store doesn't do that. Scheels offers 5% off. I'm glad I had a 20% discount for these spendy $174 shoes. Hope they are comfortable for my new side fun job this summer. I will be walking a lot and enjoying concerts.

Brad in the golf area basically stepped on the top of the putter with his filthy shoes when he tried to Aline the new grip. There was another guy in the golf area I told him you could see the shoe prints on the top of the 2 ball putter. He tried to clean it off the best he could. There is still debris in the ball on the putter. I called to talk to the manager. Basically the employee lied and told the manager that he didn't step on the putter. The manager basically told me since I didn't buy the putter there they really couldn't do much! then said bye. I'll never go back!

I've been here before to take my little cousin on the ferris wheel a year or so ago. They have so…read moremuch sportswear and stuff to check out. I was looking online to see if they carry converse, as I was looking for a pair of regular black chucks. When I entered the store there were tons of staff all over which is nice to see these days. I browsed the men's section first since the shoes are pretty much the same, I couldn't find them at first so I went across the store over to the women's and couldn't find converse in women's either. I did notice the women's shoes wasn't as busy as the men's. I browsed around a bit (no one greeted me or anything in men's or women's). I did finally find them under a table display and they only had platforms for women's so I went back over to men's to take another look. I did find them and waited for a salesman to assist me. A man walked up (after me) and the shoe he wanted was next to stock room so he was helped right away. I waited and asked for help.. I was told by a rep that he had to go check on some other customers, I kept waiting and being ignored to the point I witnessed reps asking people still looking around if they needed help and finally someone came up to help me, I asked for a 7 (as I'm a 8 1/2, 9 in women's), he came back and told me the smallest size they have is an 8 which is too big. He asked who I was shopping for, I said myself and he asked me what size I wear and I said about a 9 in women's and he said "well this is men's" as if I was blind. I was greeted by Kathleen, who is a total gem, and was directed to a bench to place my belongings. I then did a 3D foot scan, followed by a quick walk up and down the store so she could watch my gait. Kathleen brought the tablet over and we looked at the scans. She said a lot of foot terms and I nodded along, fully trusting the process. Shoes were suggested and then taken for a spin around the store. They were all excellent choices, but I had to choose one and went with a pair of Asics. I was so glad I had a shoe guide for the journey. Kathleen was knowledgeable and kind. The store has running accessories, apparel, and even nutrition offerings. I'm not saying I'm a runner, but I would definitely make a return visit for another pair of shoes down the road.
