Stopped in to the auto service center for an appointment 10-21-25since they dont answer there phone and set one up for 10-23-25 for rotation and balance for the tires I bought 10-13-19 with lifetime rotation and balance. I came in 10-23-25 gave them the keys and went shopping when I came back to pick up the car he said the tires were more than six yrs old and he would not do it 10days over six yrs tires have 30000 miles on them. I was not told anything about six yrs when I got them. I have bought Fleet farm tires for 30yrs never again I will buy them from somebody that does not have rotating staff that knows something. read more

This place seems like a mix between a Walmart, Menard's, and a lower-cost Cabela's. We came here looking for a snowblower but realized that Fleet Farm is really built for people that have at least a couple of acres. Everything for the "yard" was a bit more super-sized, so we struck out there. The staff here are super friendly and really tried to help us think through our snow-clearing needs. However, they also have great deals on stuff for home cleaning and maintenance, as well as indoor and outdoor clothing at low prices. We got some kids toys and some holiday decorations and continued our snowblower hunt elsewhere. read more

The worst customer service experience I've ever endured and I've been working in the industry for 11 years. I could not have been clearer about what I needed done and was ignored repeatedly. They gave me back my car but did not complete ANY service... They gave me my car back and I noticed the emblem on the dashboard so I went back in to have them clear it before I left and while finding the technician that "worked" on my car, he just said "I didn't do anything to that car" (It's a long story reach out if you want full details. Also note that I was calm the whole time. Didn't raise my voice at all.) When I asked for an explanation all they told me was "miscommunication" I paid for a service they did not do and they were about to just let me leave without any resolution. I was apologized to but by a random man that had nothing to do with my service, was just unfortunate that he was at the counter at the time. Being a woman and trying to do ANYTHING with your car is a nightmare and these men just reinforced why. They treated me like an idiot. I left frustrated in hot tears. Never going back. read more

Went to get a pair of Muk Luk Artic Pro hunting boots. None on shelves, none in the back (of any size). Told by Kristine in Sporting goods that I could get a rain check at customer service. Told at service desk that they were not issuing rain checks as it was " one of a kind item". This is the second time I have encountered this scenario at this Fleet Farm. Felt sorry for Elise at Customer Service. She tried to find my size at another store. I will have to wait. This store is big to say the least. Long frontage road past their fuel pumps, huge parking lot, has to be at least 2800 spaces. Wonder why so many sit with their brake lights on by the door waiting for that one space to open? The store seems to drift into the next county. Men's jeans? I have never seen so many styles, but not trending, of jeans before. Row after row, many at designer style prices. I was looking for the $9.99 jeans they advertised but never found them as I think I missed the sale by a day. Most of what I saw would be no where near worth the price they're charging in quality and certainly not fashion as these are mostly hang roun' the house and yard doing odd jobs jeans. I still have to check hardware and everyman's favorite itemf lashlights! Would like to see if they can beat Menard's on battery prices, that's another trip. read more

Had an appointment Monday Nov 14, 2022 at the service center to buy 4 tires and have them mounted and aligned. I arrived, it was busy, and the service gal at the desk kept telling us one technician never showed, and the other "had a really bad attitude". 2 hours after my appointment time, they told me it was ready. Then they said the tires weren't aligned "because our only tech trained to do that walked out". I drove away and despite the invoice saying they had balanced the tires the car was pulling hard to the right. I couldn't drive like that, so I went to the Hudson fleet farm location. They said they would do the alignment but refused to take the same type of payment that the Oakdale location took for $700 dollars, and were very unfriendly about that. I've been going to Fleet Farm since I was a baby, my father bought all his farm goods there as well before passing. This was the worst customer service I'd ever experienced. read more

My husband had a battery under warranty that we need to exchange. We went to the automotive desk, and no one was there. We hit the call button and waited...for 15 minutes. We asked an employee to assist us and we were told they can't and do know what to do. I asked them to grab their manager and hopefully he would know. He did not. He came over and was irritated and perplexed as to where the auto guy was. I could hear him paging him and there was no answer. There was literally no other employee in the store that knew how to do the battery test and issue the exchange. We spoke with several managers of other departments. Finally, someone was able to help, and we roamed the store while they checked our battery. When we returned, the auto guy was back, feigning that he was in the bathroom for over a 1/2 hour. They got the paperwork and told us to go to the front and ask for a specific person in customer service. When we arrived, she didn't know what we were talking about, and they had completed the paperwork wrong and she had to redo it. I have never experienced such a disconnect team. How does a manager not know the basics of all departments? How is it a Sunday and they have one person that can meet the needs of their customer. I would highly recommend that they learn not to say things like "it's not my job" "I don't know" and "I guess I'll have to do it". Cross training and customer service standards are needed. I love coming here because the store is always really clean, I love the smell, and it's a large store with a lot of great products and a little bit of something for everything. One of the main reasons I come here is because the employees are actually doing what their job entitles them to doing and can find the items that are online or online . They are knowledgeable. Terrible Gas Mart. The shelves are 2/3 empty and there is almost nothing on the grill at 12:30 over the lunch hour. The food that was available was outdated / stale. Gettin has is also a huge pain. I had to pay outside so I could not consolidate me charge. I had to charge twice. The state just spent 20 million dollars on the interchange where the Gas Mart is located. That huge improvement overshadowed Fleet Farms cluelessness and unfortunately undermines the utility of the project. I look forward to the Gas Mart closing and it being replaced by a real gas station /convenience store. The Fleet Farm itself is a great store. read more

I was in the store on March 4 at 6:15 P.M. to get oil that was advertised on sale. When it rang up, it was not the price showing in the flyer. I went to the Customer Service desk and Tammy assisted me. She was rude and raised her voice continuously and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. She insisted that the oil was not on sale. I showed her the ad, that she was unable to read, and tried to prove that it was on sale. She called Jason and he came up yelling with the wrong oil. We told him that we could hear him and asked him to stop shouting. Tammy still insisted that she could not adjust the price and returned the oil. The other Customer Service employee #118394 (sorry didn't get your name) took over and was very polite and helpful. She realized that the ad was incorrect and rang the merchandise up at the sale price. She apologized for the error in the ad. Thank you #118394 for helping us deal with a tense situation created by Tammy. All we wanted was to get the advertised price for the oil and didn't come in to be shouted at by Tammy and Jason. read more

I love Fleet Farm, the Man's Mall! And I'm not even a guy. But I love plain, useful stuff at a good price. The kitch factor is high here, with miniature John Deere tractors for the kids, silly lawn ornaments on the shelves and orange and brown uniforms on the employees. Not to mention camouflage underwear and fox urine to scare off who-knows-what when you're hunting. This is a great place to buy work clothes. I can always find flannel shirts or plain cotton plaid or denim work shirts for hubby on the markdown racks. Fleet Farm was stocking window fans early in the season before all the other stores had them on the shelves. And when everyone else seems to be out of deck stain or roof rakes, Fleet Farm has them. This is a great place to buy wild bird food and suet--best prices anywhere, stock up. Hidden gem: nuts! (For people.) Bought 1 lb bag of cashews last week for $5. Similar cheap prices on pecans, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, sunflower seeds, etc. UPDATE: I limped my car into their auto service department with a seriously low tire five minutes before closing time, and they agreed to stay open long enough to fix it! When I realized that I was overcharged for an item on my receipt (for something that was marked for $2.99 and I was charged $9.99), I contacted customer service and explained the situation, letting them know that the store was about 45 min from me so it'd be cool if they refunded me over the phone. In short, they said that the item must've been put in the wrong area and they weren't going do anything for me and I could come and drive 45min to return it... Cool, thanks guys. #FAIL read more

I looked in the Sunday flier and saw cat litter 40# $6.89. I thought it was a big deal to get 4# at petco for 6.99. I also found a top for 7.90, loads of mark down racks so it's a good time to come for that. I noticed sunglasses starting at 12.99, not bad I keep looking, some more at 9.99. But the best pair I saw was at 7.99! They even make me look cool. Lots of sales people around, one even lifted the litter for me. On the way out I spot freeze pops, and whats in them, but Blue Raspberry. At the last minute, Basil spots a bench for the porch. You will spot a lot of things on the way out. I actually like it better than Sam's Club, not as congested. And seeing things people shop here for is a hoot. A kind young male cashier asked how the day was, I said great since I've been here. He took care of the glasses for me so I could wear them right then. He even breathed on them for me to clean them. What a sweetie. It's really cool how you pick up large items, not a pain in the ass at all. They also give you a 4 cent off a gallon coupon for their gas market. This is a beautiful area in Oakdale. Stop by on your way to Stillwater, a good reason to get out this way. Dirt cheap prices and a dinner at Donatelli's is another. read more

The place reminds me of a Kmart. And by that I mean an actual old born-in-Michigan Kmart, which are much more hokey (and homey) than the national versions. There is a whole lot of tchotchke crap in there of the outdoor good and home improvement variety, which is all good in the end. There is amaaaaaazing people-watching too. This place is easy to get to can't miss any Mills stores. Right across from the movie theaters. Inside this place is huge. It's basically a man's toy store. If you can't find what you need in here to survive in the wilderness there's somthing wrong with you. Lol. I've purchased many things from there as small as a nut goodie to a 5x8 trailer. Clothing is decent here. Thousands of Fishing items. Ok selections of rifles and hand guns and ammo. Fairly proceed items. I like to go here when I'm board out of my mind and spend money. Always decent parking. I like their deals. You can earn up to $.04 off on gas which is located by their store (obviously). I personally really like Carhartts and they have a wide selection of bibs, jackets, pants, etc. They have great items for great prices and I love to just look around for ideas. read more

Fleet Farm is one of those places that has something for everybody. I go there for clothes, tools, pets, sporting goods and, occasionally, something else. The only problem is that the store is somewhat out of my way and I tend to shop closer to home. Generally speaking, Fleet Farm personnel are wonderful. We have had one staff problem in the past but after a complaint to the manager and online, the issue was responded to and addressed. Prices are competitive and I look forward to their Sunday flyer in the newspaper. The one big thing I don't like about Fleet Farm is the auto center. It can take forever to get a tire or get your car serviced. In fact, they prefer to work by appointment. That style of care may suit others but it doesn't suit me. The whole concept of Fleet Farm (except the auto center) is well thought out and I only wish one were located a little closer to where I live. If it wasn't for the one complaint I had, they would have received a 5 star rating from me. read more

there was a time when I would goto Fleet Fam and no where else great customer service, knowledgeable employees, friendly service... those days are gone most employees can't count change, don't know a screw from a bolt, and and like they don't appreciate having a job. customer service should be called customer disservice! they retrofitted all stores with enter only and exit only door ways - I find this inconvenient (so much for parking close during bad weather - one way your going to have to extend your jont), - insulting (pathetic attempt at security) I purchased a leather motorcycle vest that was the wrong size, I brought it back - TO THE SAME STORE - with the tags intact and simply wanted to exchange it for the correct size, - the poor excuse of a manager refused to help me without a receipt, I suggested they look up my transaction by the credit card I used to make that purchase and he said it would take several days to implement that process - WTF? this store/chain has gone to the crapper and is WAY down there with wally world I have not burdened this lost cause of a business with my $$$ since that day. read more

Stopped to fill up with gas on our trip. Unloaded the recyclables out of our vehicle, but couldn't find a recycling bin. I carried them into the store and asked the girl stocking shelves where the recycling bins were, and she said "We don't recycle, just throw them in the trash". I will never step foot in your store again. I was just at your Oakdale store to buy a battery for my 4 wheeler. As we always do we take our Pug with us just about everywhere we go. She has been in your store a million times before this. We usally let her pick out a bone or a toy while she is there. We do not allow her to run, she is in the cart at all times. Tonight we are stopped at the door and told they do not allow pets in the store. I told the lady she had been in your store a million times, you do not serve or cook food here so what is the problem? She told us they never have allowed animals in that store. I would like to know where it is posted on the doors or anywhere in the store that dogs are not allowed? I will shop more at Tractor Supply or drive to Lakeville before I ever step another foot in that store. Thanks to my uncle's tree in his front yard, our rental got showered with sap. Fleet Farm's car wash to the resque. Sense this was close to my uncle's and we had no time for a full service car wash, we came there. It had our Mazda CX9 looking and feeling new again. So, for a quick car wash at full service quality, Fleet Farm cannot be beat. Keep up the good work guys.! read more

I love this store. Ever since I moved here from the west coast, Fleet Farms has been my store. I can find just about everything I need. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are really great. I have three golden labs and I used to shop at other pet stores and there prices are nothing compare to Fleet Farms. I have just read Gary M.'s comment and I know that Gary is wrong. I do not know of any store that would allow pets unless they are guide dogs.
