The showroom with a great variety of models is well-lighted to provide excellent view of bikes with plenty of room to throw a leg over a saddle. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accessible without "hovering" to make a sale. Service staff are also friendly and available to answer questions and assist as needed. If you're looking for a new ride, check out Bison Thunder.

Let me back up, the sales guy Dan is a super nice guy did a great job doing his part. Finance was absolutely terrible, I was lead to believe it'd be a fairly easy process to sign out once I was approved but it took 6 hours! They had to have the guys in St Michael do it. I felt that 0 priority was given to my deal. After which once the paperwork was printed up I had to show the finance guy where I sign and he signs (I work in car sales) driving off the lot I thought the issues were behind me but I was wrong. I loved riding the bike for about 2 2 1/2 weeks until the fork was leaking. I figured no big deal seal replacement covered by warranty. Bison had to send my bike back to St Michael to be fixed where it continues to sit two weeks later. They are feeding me some bullshit about Polaris dragging their feet about sending the part. This is absolute garbage 0 customer service whatsoever. I am livid. I hope Dan finds somewhere to work that deserves his talents.

Tommy's Cycle Shop - My vintage Ariel wheel - it took half an hour but Tom got the old rubber off!

But I came across a bunch of vintage "Ariel" British motorcycle parts at an estate that are going up for sale on Ebay. Unfortunately, 2 of the wheels still had the antique rubber on them. I cut one off myself in my living room. It took me a long time and I just about took my finger off! That really sucked! Time for a professional. I made 4 phone calls, and the only local motorcycle guy that would help me out was Tom. It took Tom, an experienced pro, half an hour to get the tire off! He pried, he sliced, he applied soap, he cussed...and finally he cut the hell out of it with a high speed rotary cutter! Then he went the extra mile and buffed the rust off of two sides so I could show on my Ebay photos that the rust will, indeed, come off. All the while, he engaged me in funny conversation, jokes, and cycle knowledge. Last but not least, all of this set me back a measly 20 bucks! Tom is such a great guy, it almost - almost - makes me want to buy a bike again. BTW, the Cycle Shop specializes in Japanese bikes. Thumbs up! -Daddy Maxx Retro

Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me "what's wrong, you just left". I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. Awesome customer service. As I told him, we will be back with all of our vehicles. Thanks Ross.

The cheapest starter I could find in the area was Johns Auto Parts (which is pretty good usually) at $65 with no warranty at all. Also, I just recently bought two used tires in really good condition for used at $60! This is the best salvage yard I have ever been to. From now on I'm checking here first for used car parts, before anywhere else. It's right next to the U-Pull-R parts off of HWY 65; the buildings are acually connected, but AAA pulls the parts for you and the prices are not much more and come with a warranty.

So I took to the interwebs in search for what I needed. Off the bat, this place impressed me simply by having an organized online inventory and ability to search for what you need without having to call and feel like you're bugging someone. Once I found the piece I needed, I was able to view detailed information about the part and see a number of photos of both the entire car and the specific part I sought. I ordered it on Monday the 9th. * Shipping is free in the States, which is brilliant. * The charge cleared my account immediately, awesome. * The item was removed from their website as available ASAP, very reassuring. * Today, Thursday the 12th, it was on my doorstep. * Packed for maximum protection, and in the exact shape as was advertised. Needless to say, I'm very happy with AAA and would look for more things from them in the future as needed. Because I'm so OCD, the only thing I'd appreciate is receiving an email stating that the them was shipped, and perhaps some tracking info for peace of mind. Thanks AAA!
