After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks

To make it all somehow worse: when I made the appointment that October, they were booked out till January. My appointment finally comes, and I get a call saying that the technician has COVID and the earliest they can see me is March. So I went the whole winter I had expected to have an auto starter with no auto starter... Turbo Tim's recommended this place to me since they don't do auto starter's, and I am THRILLED with my experience. They had appointments within a few days, the prices are incredibly fair for great models that include the price of installation, the technicians were friendly and super knowledgeable, the starter actually works as advertised, they left my car in better shape than they found it (by putting my computer in its place), and I got a discount because they were able to reuse some pieces from my old starter. Could not have asked for a better experience and will be recommending this place to anyone looking for an auto starter.

I went to the wrong entrance to start so their signage was a little odd, hopefully it's done now! The actual lobby is meh - chairs are not super comfy but OK and there wasn't really a selection of snacks like I've seen at other dealerships. My service was actually quicker than expected but I had been pondering if I should walk to Walmart down the street or order food in and be "that person". Not a bad place but not the comfiest if you're waiting.

Not only did they not have it but said they only deal with mechanic shops and not the average consumer. And when asked what the cost would be for the transmission it was 25% more than what was listed in car-part.com since that's only the price they sell at to shops. Seems like an odd business model. Anyways, had my shop try and buy the transmission for me and even the shop got run around for a week. Either their business is so good they don't need any more or they just rather not bother with the lay person.
