I bought my car to vroom because I had the engine light on and the head light was not working. They…read morefixed the light but I needed to remind them to run a diagnosis. They told me the pcm was not working. Their estimate was more than the value of the car. The same day I went to a different mechanic for a a second opinion. I stayed there because I wanted to see. They found out the gas cap was not closing. Then they open the trunk and found the gas valve unplugged. We were all shocked. They put it back in and the car is working fine now. The Vrooom guy told me they left the valve unplugged so it wouldn't cause any further issues. Scam!

Drew at Tim's Custom Exhaust took the time to listen to my concerns, and find a solution that ended up being exactly what I wanted. They took my truck the morning I stopped by to have them look at it and put the new exhaust system in right away and I was able to pick up my truck at lunch time. I was able to present the issue of the rust and wanting to easily attach/detach the hitch receiver (it was bent or needed some bending) when MN-bike season hibernates for the winter months. They took a closer look and presented a solution (bending it, cleaning it, rhino line (instead of paint to withstand the winter months if deciding to leave it on during winter months).
