We walked into the store, obviously clueless, and were immediately approached by every male employee in the store, each of them desperate to offer their expertise. We told them we needed one windshield wiper for a Dodge Minivan. One was designated the "winner" and showed us to the windshield wiper display and looked up the correct model. My friend picked up the appropriate wiper and started walking to the checkout counter when the employee informed us, "I'm sorry, but you can't buy just one. There are two winshield wipers on the car so we can't sell them to you separately." And of course we fell for it. She'd only had her license for 2 weeks and my birthday was still eons away so I hadn't even started taking driver's ed classes. So the both of us clearly had 'GULLIBLE' stamped on our foreheads. I'm not 15 anymore and have since learned that while it's a good idea to replace both your windshield wipers at the same time so they wear at the same rate, you CAN buy one at a time, unlike the information provided by that dope at O'Reilly Auto Parts. So even though I'm not as gullible as I used to be, I still avoid this place on principle and give them the evil eye every time I drive by.

The person who took my custom cake order was very thorough and paid attention to the details I wanted. I ordered a 1/2 white sheet cake with strawberry filling. She was very nice and assured me they'd have the cake ready to go when I needed it. The pick-up process was easy, and I appreciated that the person who helped me ensured I liked the appearance before I purchased it. Everyone at the event enjoyed the cake, and they were surprised it came from Walmart! When I need another cake, I'II definitely come back.

Wanted to get new wiper blades and light bulbs since I tend to do a lot of night time driving. Staff were busy, probably about a half dozen customers in the store. I normally look for the items myself via vehicle parts search on their website; found them, brought the items up to the register. A really kind and knowlegable gal (and here, I'm apologetic that I don't remember her name) helped me by verifying that I was getting the correct blades/bulbs for my vehicle (they weren't lol). She helped me get the correct stuff and even offered to help replace them for me--I was very grateful. I've switched out blades/bulbs on my own, but she was so kind and patient while she did that for me. She really gave me a moment to just be still and collect myself from the hectic day I was having. She also did not make me feel less than, or dumb, or anything like that at anytime, she was perfectly calm and confident about it all. Thank you, gal from AutoZone. You gave me peace of mind, and my family and I had a very safe roadtrip.

Very disappointing...  I have a 2025 Crosstrek.  And have…read morebeen having some on-going issues. * My auto start doesn't seem to work consistently.  Seems to work once every 3-5 times I try to use it. * There is also a blown out/crackling speaker in the back of my SUV - makes a loud static noise when the volume is above 12. * I also am unable to open my trunk, oftentimes having to use a crowbar to open it.  I shouldn't have to break into my own car just to use it. * Also, When it is cold out the inside of my car gets frosted up.  So I am having to scrape the inside of my windows as well as the outside.  This should not be happening!  This is my first Subaru vehicle and this has not been a good experience at all!  I have paid a lot of money to Subaru, only to have a broken supposedly brand new vehicle.  What can be done about this?  I am not going to keep making payments on vehicle that has ongoing issues and IS supposed to be "brand new". Went in yesterday to this place I had just heard about from a friend…read more Went in around 11am. They finished my starter on the same day! Staff was nice. I told them to rebuild it. When I got back to pick it up he told me everything they did to repair it. I got back home and after I installed it. I turned the key and it started like a brand new truck! 60$ even was the tab and I can't complain. Starters can be very expensive at times. Point is more people need to know about this place. They fix starters, alternators, generators and much more!!!
