When I got back to pick it up he told me everything they did to repair it. I got back home and after I installed it. I turned the key and it started like a brand new truck! 60$ even was the tab and I can't complain. Starters can be very expensive at times. Point is more people need to know about this place. The old battery posts had corroded and rusted to the terminal and they came out and helped loosen and remove them; getting themselves dirty and breaking ha sweat to help us out. Very grateful. Wanted to get new wiper blades and light bulbs since I tend to do a lot of night time driving. Staff were busy, probably about a half dozen customers in the store. I normally look for the items myself via vehicle parts search on their website; found them, brought the items up to the register. A really kind and knowlegable gal (and here, I'm apologetic that I don't remember her name) helped me by verifying that I was getting the correct blades/bulbs for my vehicle (they weren't lol). She helped me get the correct stuff and even offered to help replace them for me--I was very grateful. I've switched out blades/bulbs on my own, but she was so kind and patient while she did that for me. She really gave me a moment to just be still and collect myself from the hectic day I was having. She also did not make me feel less than, or dumb, or anything like that at anytime, she was perfectly calm and confident about it all. Thank you, gal from AutoZone. You gave me peace of mind, and my family and I had a very safe roadtrip.

Called beforehand to ask if they offer battery testing , I was told yes. When I arrived I asked if they could test my battery. The employee instead just looked at the year of the battery and told me it needed to be replaced because it was 4 years old. I told him i understood that, but I'd like for it to actually be tested because I CANNOT afford to fix something that isn't the actual problem. He ensured me that it was most definitely the battery causing the issue. I was then told it would be about 15 mins . It ended up taking more like 45 mins and they dropped bolts inside of my engine bay and never found them ( the must have stuck to something magnetic ) and was told to not worry about it. Anyway, the next morning I go to start my car and the same issue happens. So I paid over 200$ to get a battery replaced that did not need to be and im back to square one. If they would have just done what I asked which wasn't asking much , I would have politely declined the new battery.

I go to a auto parts store to get parts, NOT you to ignore what im looking to buy and tell me about your buddy that works on cars out of his garage. Seriously, i would come into this place and this guy would not look up the parts i need and just yap his mouth about how his buddy could fix my car in his garage for cheaper than a shop would. After multiple "NO" responses the guy would finally look up my parts........how annoying! Too many parts store around town to deal with that.

We were trying to coordinate getting one done in order to drop off another. The first thing I was told, when going to the quick lane was that I would have to wait for the quick lane attendant to make an appointment. We were also asked if we had an appointment for the other car. When the quick lane attendant got there, I was told that they don't take appointments. They also don't need appointments for service. I am confused on why I would have to wait to make an appointment when they don't take appointments. I think the staff here needs to be on the same page.
