They are always a problem as they claim to routinely "purge" their tax-exempt files. I sent it again yesterday, and received an email back saying they processed it, asking for me to call and place the order as their online systems can't handle tax exemptions. Just called to order, tax exemption wasn't on file as they said. Was transferred to "customer service" who was extremely rude, asking if I'd submitted the exemption. Turns out it was the same woman, Sandy Boerner, that had sent me the e-mail stating the tax exemption had been processed. I'd been trying to give them my $450.00 for 2 Michelin tires and I'm done. I've never worked so hard to try to give somebody my money, and I will no longer.

I foolishly came back this year to try and purchase a similar bike, and found out that Michael returned to Motoprimo just in time to jerk me around again. They tried to sell the exact same bike as before for more than they quoted the previous year, and attempted to string me along promising a lower price and then trying to make me agree to a higher price. Motoprimo is in the business of lying, poor customer service, and wasting time. I've given them ample opportunity to make things right, and they obviously have no intention to. I'd rate them a zero star if that was an option. Save yourself a lot of time and don't even walk in.

Mike…read morepractically and properly diagnosed and repaired the original Mikuni carb for my Arctic Cat 300 ATV...as well as taking time to patiently explain how my attempts to make a cheap replacement carburetor work were futile. He also showed me the proper setup for re-installing the original and the wheeler literally started on the first attempt and after an idle adjustment, the engine was running like new. Thanks Mike!

We purchased a bike for $12,000 on 7/24/26 thinking it was a turnkey and road ready bike. We were…read moretold all bikes go through an inspection prior to going on the sales floor. After purchasing the bike we were told it would go through final inspection prior to us picking it up on the 28th. When we got it home the problems started. The bike wouldn't start, clutch issues, windshield not on properly, headlight cover missing, and aftermarket wiring for lights. My husband contacted Steve Bauer who we purchased the bike from who told us we needed to talk to the service department. We contacted Shane in service and told him of the issues and were told to bring it back in. When we took it back Shane he then told us that the bike had never gone through inspection because they were short on tech's. Shane also stated that there is a color system yellow tag goes on every bike with price, green dot on those that have passed inspection and red dot for those that didn't pass inspection. Yellow tag with no dot has never been inspected. We were sold a bike that never went through inspection. We were NEVER informed by Steve Bauer in sales that our bike had never been inspected or looked at prior to purchase. Then Shane told us "sometimes the salesmen forget to mention that". Seems like a big thing to "forget" to mention. Now our bike has been in the shop on "priority" more than it has been in our garage or ridden. When we called to check on the status it still hasn't been looked at because the "tech is out". Priority doesn't mean the same to them obviously. Here we sit watching riding season go by without our bike. We've been told so many things that we no longer trust their word or work. At this point we don't even want this bike. We are requesting our money back or an exchange for another bike that is road ready with no mechanical issues.
