When picking up the part we were chit chatting and I told him about my grandkids & their dirtbikes ~ he was kind enough to give us some swag stickers they had for the kids' bikes and trailer. Yeah - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Bought a Honda navi from them. Great purchasing experience. Friendly service. My issue with them is…read morethe service department. I submitted two service schedules with them andboth times only received an automated reply stating someone will reach out. I've waited more than two weeks now with two online service scheduled request and two phone calls (both calls were initiated by my wife and I). Both times on the call was told that someone from the service department will reach out. It's been over 2 weeks. I get that they're backed up but maybe follow through with the phone call? Again, no issues with the people and purchase experience but service department leaves much to be desired. UPDATE: Christian from service department (nice guy) called today 6/5. Will update review again after service is done. Here's my update with the service department. I was sent an itemized repair order of the parts and labor on 6/8 for $584.70. Talked to Christian on the phone and confirmed everything is good per the quote on the same day. I got a phone call today 6/17 saying the bike is ready. But was told it's going to be $700+ (forgot the exact amount). This took me by surprised as it's not what was on the repair order. I asked why is it not the price quoted on my repair order and was told that he'll do some digging and call me back. He calls back a couple hours later and said that it needed a new battery (not sure how a new battery is needed if it's protected inside the bike and it's a brand new bike, was also told they don't know if it's covered by warranty). The updated cost is now around $650. This isn't even the full story. The very initial repair order was over $1000 due to replacing cosmetic items. So I said to only replace/repair what it needs to make the bike run (hence the $584.70 itemized repair order, attached photos). This would have meant that they would have everything inspected, so it's a little suspicious that a week later (today 6/17) I was quoted a higher amount until I refuted the total only for them to come back and say that it needed a new battery (a couple hours later). I'm not going to even argue. I'm just going to pay for the repairs but will make sure that everyone I know should stay away from Cities Edge Motorsports. Way too unprofessional and sketchy practices. It's unfortunate because I liked the sales team. I will take my business somewhere else. NOTE: I have not yet picked up the bike as I wrote this review. Will pick it up tomorrow 6/18. I want to see proof of the old battery.

Mixed experience!!!…read more Trailer selection for watercraft is very limited and I would suggest looking elsewhere for trailers. I purchased my trailer from St. Boni and was very disappointed. The tie down shackles were poorly placed and the ratchet assembly was poorly designed. One bent so badly, after going over rough set of R/R tracks, I had to replace them. After only 2 times putting the trailer into the water, both tail light popped right out. Apparently, the manufacturer made corrections to the trailer and didn't have the correct grommets for the lights. The Service Department did get a better fitting grommet and replaced the old ones. Service Department... I don't know what is going on there. I have had issues with setting up appointments for service or lack luster communication. When bringing my watercraft in to be serviced and a fault code to be looked at, all I got was "service was complete and the fault was reset." I wasn't notified that my watercraft was ready for pickup until I called to inquire on the status. I was also only told that the fault was corrected and reset. Not what caused the issue. 6 months later, I had the same fault code and spoke with an individual from the Service Dept., they wanted the watercraft brought in to be looked at. I had scheduled the watercraft to be serviced later that week with time and date. When I arrived, there was no appointment scheduled and no one knew anything about my issue. This time I was told what was causing the fault code (unknowingly placed the tie down straps over the reverse gate had caused the fault code). Had I been told this was the issue last fall when I brought the watercrafts in for the fault code and winterizing; I would not have had to bring it back into the shop to be looked at again when taking them out for the first time of the year. Finance manager, for whatever reason, did not leave a voicemail with important details on my purchase or a message to call back regarding my purchase. That caused a headache when I showed up to sign for and pick up my watercraft. I got the shock that the did not go through and they were still working on the issue. Overall, all the issues were worked out in the end but had headaches getting there. On the brighter side... Sales Associate Makenna is AWESOME to work with. She listened to what you want and didn't try to push your decision on what to buy or what to add to your purchase. She is very knowledgeable and what she didn't know she was upfront with you but went out to get the right answer. Her and the store manager did whatever they could to make things right and to make sure I was taken care of. She is the ONLY reason I will go back to this store and the only reason for the 3 star review instead of a 1 star review!!! Give her a pay raise!!!

Going out of my way to say this is the worst experience I've had trying to deal with a service…read moredepartment. Had to go above their head to get them to work on my machine after 4-5 weeks of nothing and ended up getting the demo ski the owner had at his cabin as compensation while they got to work. Which then only took 4 DAYS TO GET A CALL SAYING MY MACHINE WAS DONE AND I HAD TO DROP THE DEMO OFF. I quit coming here two years ago but they continue to just fuck people over, I've heard nothing but bad stuff about these people on and off the trails. Don't give business to these clowns, they don't take responsibility but are overly willing to take your money!!! Only positive thing there is Amanda. God bless her soul

Leo's South in Lakeville MN has shoddy service…read more I'm not writing this review out of anger or frustration. Rather, I'm writing this out of sheer amazement, and also because my riding friends have asked me to. This started with a defective TFT display on my 2024 Ninja 500 40th Anniversary SE. After about 200 miles, a dead line appeared through the center of the display and never went away. I don't normally take my bikes in for their 600-mile service as I like to do my own maintenance. Seeing as this was out of my control and I wanted the warranty to cover the display, I decided to take it in at around 760 miles and have them do the repair and go over the bike. When I dropped off my bike at Leo's South in Lakeville, MN, I brought a microfiber cloth with me so I could give the bike a thorough wipe off in the parking lot, so I knew I was leaving it with them clean and in great condition. After they had the bike for about a week, Leo's called and informed me that it would take about 6-8 weeks until they could get a new display in from Kawasaki. Additionally, they told me that they are required to hold my bike for the duration of the warranty repair, leaving me without the bike for well over a month. After about 8 weeks, I got the call that it was done and I could come pick up the bike, so I went to Leo's grab it. Here's where it gets interesting... Firstly, the display apparently contained the mileage for the bike, so when the new display was installed, my mileage was back to zero. They were unsure if there was a way to load my miles, which Kawasaki would later confirm you cannot. I mentioned that this would probably cause me low-ball offers on resale due to the mileage being inaccurate, to which the service person said to me, "that's bullshit" and "you don't know what you're talking about". I was required to sign documents stating that they had performed the initial 600-mile service and that they had inspected and cleaned my machine... 1). There was some caked-on mud and debris around the rear wheel - I've never taken this bike in the rain. 2). The chain was visibly dirty and had obviously not been cleaned. If anything, it was dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. Not a big deal really. I clean chains all the time. 3). A fairing screw was missing on one of the lowers. This one bothered me the most as they said they would need to order in the screw. (SCREW that lol. I ordered the OEM part online to ship to my home.) I asked if they could give me a deal on the service cost due to the issues and they said no, so I paid the $120 and went home to clean and inspect the bike in my garage. All in all, the repair was fine. After I cleaned the bike off and installed the missing screw, it was back to its glory, minus 760 miles. Anyways, not a big deal in the end, but good lord, please stay away from Leo's for service. They have cool bikes for sale and their prices are fair, but their service team 100% ripped me off and will likely repeat this behavior. About 2 weeks later I received a $15 coupon for service.
