If the deal you are offering is not final, or is contingent on something, then you have no business…read moreaccepting me saying 'I accept your offer'. If I said 'I will take it', and an hour later I insisted you lower your price $300, you would laugh at me. Its just as ridiculous for you to do the same to me. And to then actually have the nerve to say, 'we gotta make our customers happy'? Should have walked away then, but you can bet this life long power-sports enthusiast will sure as chit stay away now. probably not an issue for a 'mega' dealer...

I was recommended to St. Boni Motor Sports by my buddy who has his and his wife's bikes serviced…read morethere. Went in a couple days ago, talked a kid there about buying tires and installed for my Suzuki. Kind of had a bit of a snobby way about him when he heard it wasn't a Kawasaki or Yamaha. He said he couldn't look up the tire info of an off brand. Figured I'd Google it myself later and come back. Looked up the info and gave it to them via FB. I asked them for a quote for tires and install. They said they would get it all and call me back. Nice guy on the phone, gave me the quotes for the tires they had in stock that would fit my motorcycle and gave me a price for the install. Told them great I would do it. He said he wanted the payment for the tires to hold them since the install wouldn't be until next week. Told him I'd bring in cash the next day. Went there talked to another guy who happened to be working next to the guy I was talking to on the phone. Nice enough, sold me the tires and brought me back to the service department to setup the install. I was then told they wouldn't remove tires from the rim of an off brand. If I would have known this, I would have gone somewhere else. I was told by 3 different people there it wouldn't be a problem plus made 2 trips. Both guys at the front claimed they didn't know that would happen. Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki all big names all Japanese. They even carry the tires I needed for the bike I bought through them. We aren't talking different dimensions or trying to fit a square in a circle here. No reason they couldn't have removed and installed them. Or at the very least train their people to know that several major brands (Harley Davidson, Honda, Suzuki) can't have basic services done there.
