It's not me…read more Good towing service with a lot of really nice employees and they're pretty straightforward and matter-of-fact - they're located right on Lake Street in the heart of the most important part of Minneapolis you might say, and for that reason I have to give them a lot of credit and say that they are excellent and in a great location and good for a lot of the lower-income people that live around here in the ethnic neighbourhoods and enclaves. The second incident occur a couple days ago. I got a 5k service done. A wash is included with that service. when I got my bike, I could tell it had not been washed. I emailed the service manager and he confirmed my bike had not been washed as we specifically discussed. They allegedly did a "wipe down" instead. I had wiped my bike down before bringing it in for service so it need a full wash and we discussed this very thing. For some reason there was sand all over my bike. sand even on the dashboard of the fairing. not a happy customer for sure.
