Sure enough, I was charged $599 over what I should have. They did refund that amount. If I would not have looked it over closley, I would have been out that money. The second incident occur a couple days ago. I got a 5k service done. A wash is included with that service. when I got my bike, I could tell it had not been washed. I emailed the service manager and he confirmed my bike had not been washed as we specifically discussed. They allegedly did a "wipe down" instead. I had wiped my bike down before bringing it in for service so it need a full wash and we discussed this very thing. For some reason there was sand all over my bike. sand even on the dashboard of the fairing. not a happy customer for sure.

Once I was at my wits end, I looked around and heard that most motorcycle repair shops hate working on old bikes and if they do, they charge you an arm and a leg. I stumbled across Bruno's page on Yelp and thought I would give him a ring. He helped me troubleshoot a few things over the phone and once we got to the point of exhausting my own capabilities, he graciously offered to take a look. In addition to changing the tire he found that I was missing a bolt on my exhaust. Took the time to explain and show me how to adjust the rear tire/wheel so the belt did not rub (the previous two shops were unable to stop the rubbing).
