Five-Star Scooters is a Veteran-owned, U.S. business. Having this ADA-approved "tall e-trike" has been a delight, providing me with fun and freedom for quickly or slowly covering expanses of my yard at home, outdoor events with acres of grass, cement, exhibit buildings, and even campgrounds. I've considered getting a hydraulic lift for transporting it on the back of my vehicle, but it is foldable and fits inside my SUV. I also bought the little trailer designed to pull behind. I have the largest "Excalibur" model, and at some point may get one of the smaller, lighter models for lighter transport and navigating inside smaller structures. read more

These are the best scooters, we have had ours over 5 years and they have done everything we have put them through. The quality is superior and customer service is excellent. We take them camping with us and to fairs. In fact we have been to more than 15 fairs that we would have just sat at home and done nothing. We highly recommend them. read more

Purchased my scooter after seeing the booth at the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show. My scooter arrived on time, but the box made looked like it was tumbled around in a dryer or hours. the scooter arrives in the box without any additional structure to stabilize the unit within the box. Part of the scooter had gone through the shipping box and the exposed piece rubbed the finish off to the bare metal. I immediately sent pictures to y salesperson and was assured that the owner would contact me. No response for a week, so contacted the salesperson for the second time with reassurance that I would hear back. Still no word from the owner. Finally received a response after sending a Facebook message. the owner stated that the scooter should be fine and he would have the salesperson send some touch up paint. 3 weeks have passed and still have not received what was promised, nor offered a discount for my scratch and dent model. Extremely disappointed with this company that preys on those needing mobility assistance. read more

bought from a touring vendor, in 2016. seemed like it'd be a helpful mobility tool for me. however, I live in a steep valley area, and was unable to reach the top of the hill, on the street I live on. that was very disappointing. I could take out to the North end, but from there, the sidewalks were too choppy, and traffic too heavy. as such, I was unable to use it for amy thing, and the battery went dead. I've had a $1600 scooter statue in my apartment for the last 6 years. I can't drive, or lift it, so thanks for the overpriced useless heap I can't get rid of. read more

We have had our scooters, (Both my wife and I), for 6 years now and love them. GPS says they do 22 mph and we can put both of them in the trunk of my wife's 2014 Mustang. WOW... read more

Hi Steve Here is a review for your fabulous scooters! My husband an I bought a Scooter called five star scooters. at the Puyallup Washington fair Very impressed we love them! The sales person was not pushy at all I enjoyed Stephen Iwaszko in person ! What impressed me the most is my Sister an brother in law bought the same kind of scooter four years ago with not one problem with their purchase of two scooters, I checked out for reviews I could not find one bad review this made me very happy plus you can put two scooters in the back of a Rave 4 Toyota, I even check out his web site 5starscooter.com he has at least 6 or 7 videos on his scooters he takes theses scooters in the woods camping in the snow ect. You have to watch the videos very impressed with this product an him as well!!! read more

Just got my new scooter from the AZ state fair am a disabled person that has a hard time walking but I don't always want to sit down I like to stand but still hard for me to walk when the mans and his wife and son showed me how it worked she let me take a test drive and I loved it then when they both got on it I was sold I could not be happier with my new scooter to help me get around with my family during festival times thanks again 5 star for making this awesome scooter for disabled person A very happy customer read more

We bought our scooters in July at the Marion County Fair in Oregon. We started out looking for dad but actually bought for us. These are more than a mobility scooter they are for recreation as well. We have been to six fairs with them. Without the scooters we would have only been to our two local fairs. With them being ADA compliant we hardly take our car to the grocery store. We take them right in the store and shop. We have taken them to our local park and rode the many trails. We used to ride our bicycles there but with these scooters we saw so much more wildlife and nature. Our latest trip brought us to the Washington State Fair in Puyallup up from Salem, Oregon just to visit with Steve & Anita at Five Star Scooters. They are amazing friends now and explain everything you need to know about these scooters. They serve two purposes FUN and DISABILITY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these scooters. read more

This scooter is amazing! I bought a pair an year ago as a birthday gift for my husband. He is military veteran and always been extremely active person till 3 years ago when he developed arthritis in his legs. He has very hard time walking and that took big toll on him cause he refused to go out and started isolating himself. Ever since I got the scooters he became active again. He is using it all the time and not only that brought the joy back to his life but because I got a pair we are doing even more together than before... going to parks, concerts, fishing. Best scooter to buy! Me and my wife got a pair of Raptors a couple of months ago. She has hip replacement and has hard time walking or standing for prolonged periods of time. We got the scooters right before our trip to Disney. We spend the entire day with our grand kids there and enjoy every minute out of it. The battery life is incredible lasted us for 3 days ( my wife is 190 lbs and I am 240) and had no issues at the airport either. I am so grateful to Steve for helping us to make the best choice buying those and for the amazing videos on the website. read more

My dad bought this scooter and loves it. It is perfect for his needs. He has taken it on trips and it has been great for multiple scenarios, such as our family trip driving along sidewalks and grass, to conventions in Vegas, to amusement parks. The only challenge is with how fast it can go he can outrun the grandkids! :) It charges easily and can run a long time on a single charge. It transports and breaks down easily and with its small footprint it can go almost anywhere. Would definitely recommend this scooter! read more

Great machine!!! Me and my wife bought a pair at San bernadino fair this year and we totally love it. Got the Raptor just before our vacation at Lake Tahoe. We had such an amazing time enjoying the scene around us and make some incredible pictures. Even after we got back still enjoy them on daily basis driving around town running simple errands like going to Walgreens, post office and grocery shopping. Bought my 5 star Raptor at the county fair. Had been researching and looking at bikes for months and immediately recognize this one was in different league from all the other I've seen. Ive been driving it now pretty much every day for the last 3 months and it definitely exceeded all of my expectations. We bought a pair of the Raptor at fair in Oregon a month ago. We had been looking at scooters for over a year and 5 star scooter is definitely the best. They are much ligter, faster and better made. My husband and I fit easily the two in our Kia soul and have going to fairs and the zoo and didn't even put a dent of a charge. My husband is a large man and he cannot believe the power of this bike. Their name says it all, Five Stars. I bought one of these for my mom over a year ago and she loves it so much that we just bought a second one to keep at her second house in AZ. I know this sounds corny but it's given my mom her freedom back -- it allows her to go places with us, and with her friends, that no longer seemed possible.
