I was in serious need of a full tune including brake bleed and pads, front and rear shock dampeners, wheel true on my Bronson and brought it to CDs and they did an outstanding job! What's even better especially compared other bike shops they did it when they said they were going to which means a lot when departing from your bike in the summer!! Great neighborhood bike shop,The owner knows his stuff very knowledgeable and will help you with anything , goes out of his way to find parts and get you the best deal and get you out of the shop quickly.So nice to have a small local business bike shop to deal with . Was so sick of the big shops in golden and wheat ridge who basically ignore you if your not buying a $10,000 bike. This bike shop will get all of my business and I will spread the word quickly to all my friends and family as all of our tunes /bike upgrades will be done at this shop. We were looking for a bike for our four year old. My mom had called CO Cycle Dynamics to see if they had a Cannondale 16" bike. They had the bike and my mom had asked if she could pay over the phone or if they could hold it or hide it until I could get there to buy it in the next day or two. Vince assured her that paying for the bike over the phone was unnecessary and it would be there for us. My four year old was SO excited to get her first big girl bike. We pulled up to the shop 45min after they opened and learned that it had been sold out underneath us that morning. I was so shocked and so upset that a small local bike shop would provide such a terrible customer experience. Meanwhile, my four year old was crying in the car. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with their customer service, Vince was stone faced and unapologetic. 8 hours later I get a call from Cycle Dynamics. Cycle Dynamics said that the man who had purchased the bike that morning over the phone changed his mind and didn't want it any more. They were calling to ask me if I wanted to buy it! No. Not interested! I took my business elsewhere. There are so many great bike shops around the area. I would rather take my business to a shop that actually cares about how they treat their customers...especially the littlest ones. read more

Instead of riding my bike into Golden, I found myself needing to fix a flat tire. I yelped for a bike place and found the highly rated Cycle Dynamics. Adam was in the shop, helped me determine my tire size and since I needed to learn how to change a bike tire, he walked me through with lots of care to detail and explanation. I had a squeak in my bike and ticking sound. I brought it in to ask about servicing it. The nice guy (forgot his name was young and very tall) said let's see what is wrong first before I leave it for service. He adjusted the tension, oiled the gears and made the squeak and ticking go away. He had me ride it in the parking lot to make sure it was well adjusted. PERFECT no problems - He was so nice to help me out and did not charge me. I highly recommend this bike shop for their friendly service and honesty. read more

Stopped by here for my first time today and they were awesome. I just bought my first bike in years off of craigslist and brought it by to make sure everything was in order and to have the fit checked. They didn't talk down, or make me feel bad for buying a used bike, instead I got honest and helpful advice. As someone just getting into cycling, it was a great experience to get the help that I needed without feeling like someone was trying to sell me things I didn't need. I broke my derailer a week before a bike tour and the staff at Cycle Dynamics made sure to do the repairs and get my bike back to me in time to ride it a few days before the tour started. The bike works great and the service is affordable! read more

We have gone here twice. While we live in Olde Town, we would drive a distance for this place. We took our very old bikes in to have a chain replaced and they did it right there and then. They did a great job for a very small price. We know our bikes aren't amazing but they didn't talk down to us or discredit us. They wanted us to get back on the road on the bikes we loved. This past winter my dad bought my son a helmet and I asked him to buy it from these guys rather than going to a big chain store or ordering off of Amazon. They were awesome at sizing my son (who is 3.5) and he loves his new helmet. He tells us that it has, "fun colors." They were also very kind to my dad. This is a business who is showing what customer service and local, small business is all about. If you live down south or up north, make the drive, you won't be disappointed. read more

I went in for a conundrum of a problem in my front derailleur (a gear had disappeared!) and the guys had it figured it out in minutes. The best part is that they charged nothing! This place is absolutely amazing. Customer service is not dead and it lives here. I had bought both my boys new bicycles 2 years ago for Christmas, from a big box store. Both of them immediately found things they did not like about the way they handled and never rode them. So there they sat providing nice living quarters for the spiders in my garage. Now my boys are both very active and would benefit greatly from a working bike. I am a single mom and not very handy with fixing these kinds of things myself. I knew we needed professional help but was hesitant to take them to a bike repair shop. I didn't want to spend as much as they cost repairing them. This weekend after looking sadly at the unused bikes, I got on yelp and found the closest place to me. I magically fit them both in my Toyota and drove them over. They were able to help me right away. Adam took the time to listen to every single thing I had to say. I needed to make sure all my kids complaints were addressed. Within 10 minutes I had an estimate, and in 5 days I had 2 totally awesome bikes that my kids are stoked to ride. Did I mention the price???? Very, very reasonable, which makes this mama happy. My husband and I live near Cycle Dynamics and saw them during a walk around Old Town Arvada. My husband decided to bring his mountain bike in for some much needed maintenance. Adam and Nate did a great job with the clean and tune (bled the brakes etc.). My hubby's bike was so clean our friend thought it was a new bike! My husband even got his bike back within 24 hours and at a great price. He did need to bring it back after a ride to check the brakes (Adam and Nate guarantee their work and re-bled the brakes at no charge) Again he had his bike back the next day.
