I went here on a Thursday evening to look for some boots and bindings. They have a sign to note to…read moreset up an appointment so that you're in queue for a fitter. The wait wasn't too long and if learned that if I wanted to, I couldn't schedule a professional fitting too. I met Ty as my fitter. He was fantastic! Educational and considerate...definitely no pressure on having to buy something and cared more on ensuring the experience mattered so that I make the right decision on a large investment. He started out with checking my foot size (seated & standing), working through the 2 major red flags of fitting, got the size for me to check out the boot, let me roam for a bit to see the feel, checked in on comfort, was very transparent on how his decision making would go, and I could go on. I'm very impressed. Unfortunately, the sizes that likely works for me wasn't there to try as it's almost season start and things from last season were selling out fast. Looking to see if there were any deals and best was 20% as a member as the Evo anniversary deal didnt do hard goods. All good though...I would definitely come back if circumstances change in the future...meanwhile give Ty a raise as he was fantastic!!! Evo...well done with having awesome staff members!

They cater to men, women, and children. The store is gorgeous, nicely laid out, and well-merchandised. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were looking for a moderately-priced eBike for city use. Their focus is high-end mountain bikes, but they made some helpful suggestions about other stores that were more targeted to our needs. Our visit was pleasant and evo should certainly be on your list if you fall within their demographics.

Disappointing experience. My e-bike got a flat while riding with my son in the trailer. I am not sure which employee it was but he approached me and I asked if he could walk outside with me to take a look at the flat. Annoyed by the request, he asks me to bring the bike inside to take a look. While I know this may be the way to inspect a bike, I am carrying my two year old son, so I am not going to ask someone to watch him, nor let him roam, while I unhook the trailer and wheel my e-bike into the store. Anyways, he does come outside and seems to quickly turn more annoyed that I do not know the size of my tires or what the exact issue is. He curtly says I'd have to leave my bike with him as he can't do anything about it right now, plus he sprinkles in a mention of a $40 charge for work on an e-bike not purchased there. I clearly didn't have the means to leave my bike right then and there so I said nevermind, and asked if they had any suggestions for a quick fix in the meantime. "Nope" was the response I got. Great...thanks... By the way, there is a quick fix. Slime or FlatOut are pretty cheap products at ACE or Walmart to fix even a flat e-bike fat tire. I'd be shocked to find out this employee wasn't aware of that product. Even if it is just a temporary solution or not. Regardless of the lack of welcoming feeling, I thank you for making me look this up myself so that I could save money and won't need to return to this shop again.

These guys are amazing. I was in the market for a new bike. I decided to get my fit done before…read morebuying the bike so they could tell me which bikes fit my body the best. Instead of trying to adjust a bike to my body. Charles did an extremely thorough job fitting me on the fitting machine. He then recommend three different bikes for me. I decided to purchase my BMC from Tribella, though there was no pressure to buy from them. They built my bike quickly when the bike arrived, and completely fit the new bike for me based on the measurements. After riding new bike for 1,000 miles (2 months) it developed a creaking sound. I took it back to the shop and John and James looked at the bike immediately, no questions asked about payment. They fixed the bike for free and were mostly concerned about me getting back riding my bike! They have been a great resource for finding essential bike gear (computers, etc.). If you're looking for real, experience bike technicians who know their stuff, look no further than Tribella.

I recently moved to Denver and have been searching for wide road cycling shoes. After doing some…read moreresearch, I decided that Lake cycling shoes could be a good option. While browsing the Lake Cycling website, I was directed, based on my zip code, to Tri Bella as a recommended retailer. When I arrived, the front door didn't open, so I had to use a side entrance, which led directly into the mechanic area. I stood there unsure if I should walk further in or wait. After a while, one of the mechanics (a tall guy) asked what I needed. I explained I was looking for wide road cycling shoes, and he suggested the Lake brand. I said that sounded great and asked if I could see some in person. He told me they didn't have any in stock but could order them. I explained that I preferred to try them on before purchasing especially since I could easily order them online myself, and the Lake website already provides detailed information. At that point, another mechanic, who had been listening to the conversation, chimed in and said, "Maybe Lake shoes are not for you." That comment, combined with the confusing entrance and overall unwelcoming experience, made for a very poor first impression. As someone who owns several bikes and is passionate about cycling, I expected a more helpful and professional approach. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning.
